【摘要】：在液壓系統(tǒng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)多缸順序動作,針對順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路設(shè)計時常出現(xiàn)調(diào)試時間長或設(shè)計的電氣控制回路復(fù)雜等情況,把X-D圖法應(yīng)用到順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路的設(shè)計上,并根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)常需要中間繼電器進(jìn)行自鎖的特點,提出X-D-J(信號-動作-繼電器)圖法,將中間繼電器信號也一起表示在圖中,直觀地反映出故障信號,方便障礙信號消除,快捷構(gòu)建執(zhí)行信號。實踐證明:該方法設(shè)計效率高,設(shè)計的電氣控制回路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,降低設(shè)計成本,為多缸順序動作液壓系統(tǒng)的電氣控制回路設(shè)計與檢驗提供一種直觀的方法。
