【摘要】：在液壓系統(tǒng)中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)多缸順序動(dòng)作,針對(duì)順序動(dòng)作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)常出現(xiàn)調(diào)試時(shí)間長(zhǎng)或設(shè)計(jì)的電氣控制回路復(fù)雜等情況,把X-D圖法應(yīng)用到順序動(dòng)作液壓系統(tǒng)電氣控制回路的設(shè)計(jì)上,并根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)常需要中間繼電器進(jìn)行自鎖的特點(diǎn),提出X-D-J(信號(hào)-動(dòng)作-繼電器)圖法,將中間繼電器信號(hào)也一起表示在圖中,直觀地反映出故障信號(hào),方便障礙信號(hào)消除,快捷構(gòu)建執(zhí)行信號(hào)。實(shí)踐證明:該方法設(shè)計(jì)效率高,設(shè)計(jì)的電氣控制回路結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,降低設(shè)計(jì)成本,為多缸順序動(dòng)作液壓系統(tǒng)的電氣控制回路設(shè)計(jì)與檢驗(yàn)提供一種直觀的方法。
