基于改進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)因果圖推理算法的復(fù)雜工業(yè)過程運(yùn)行狀態(tài)在線評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:復(fù)雜工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,為獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和更高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,需保證生產(chǎn)過程運(yùn)行于"正常"且"優(yōu)"的狀態(tài).針對(duì)定量信息與定性信息同時(shí)存在的生產(chǎn)過程,提出一種基于改進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)因果圖(dynamic causality diagram,DCD)的過程運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)方法.該方法以因果圖理論為基礎(chǔ),擴(kuò)充了定量分析和定性分析結(jié)合描述的動(dòng)態(tài)因果圖;針對(duì)復(fù)雜工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中存在多個(gè)相互關(guān)聯(lián)的事件聯(lián)合作用導(dǎo)致一個(gè)事件發(fā)生的特點(diǎn),提出用聯(lián)合因果強(qiáng)度來描述事件間關(guān)系的方法.最后以金濕法冶金氰化浸出過程為應(yīng)用背景,分別利用傳統(tǒng)DCD與改進(jìn)DCD兩種方法建立評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)比分析評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,驗(yàn)證了文中提出方法的有效性和先進(jìn)性.
[Abstract]:In complex industrial production, in order to obtain high quality products and higher economic benefits, it is necessary to ensure that the production process runs in a "normal" and "excellent" state. Aiming at the production process where quantitative information and qualitative information exist at the same time, a process running state evaluation method based on improved dynamic causality diagram (dynamic causality diagram,DCD) is proposed. Based on the causality graph theory, this method extends the dynamic causality diagram described by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, and proposes a method to describe the relationship between events by using the joint causality intensity to describe the relationship between events in view of the characteristics of one event caused by the combined action of several interrelated events in the complex industrial production process. Finally, taking the cyanide leaching process of gold hydrometallurgy as the application background, the evaluation models are established by using the traditional DCD method and the improved DCD method, respectively. The evaluation results are compared and analyzed, and the effectiveness and advanced nature of the proposed method are verified.
