管道類型對超聲波防垢影響的數(shù)值研究

【摘要】:超聲波應(yīng)用在換熱設(shè)備中已表現(xiàn)出顯著的防垢性能,而超聲空化作用又是防垢主要因素。采用數(shù)值方法對管內(nèi)超聲空化流場進行模擬,研究在超聲波作用下圓管、橫紋管、波紋管內(nèi)析晶污垢的沉積過程,并引入實驗除垢率對析晶污垢剝蝕率進行修正,進而對不同管內(nèi)析晶污垢沉積特性進行對比探究。結(jié)果表明:超聲波對橫紋管的防垢效果最佳、對波紋管的防垢效果最差。因此,本研究將為工程中采用超聲波防垢時對于管道類型的選擇提供一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ultrasonic application in heat exchanger has shown remarkable scale prevention performance, and ultrasonic cavitation is the main factor of scale prevention. The ultrasonic cavitation flow field in the tube is simulated by numerical method, and the deposition process of crystallization dirt in circular tube, transverse tube and bellows is studied under the action of ultrasonic wave. The denudation rate of crystallization dirt is modified by introducing experimental scale removal rate, and then the deposition characteristics of crystallization dirt in different tubes are compared and studied. The results show that ultrasonic wave has the best anti-scaling effect on transverse tube and the worst effect on bellows. Therefore, this study will provide a certain reference for the selection of pipeline types when ultrasonic scale prevention is used in the project.
