真空封罐生產(chǎn)線關(guān)鍵部件的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著包裝機(jī)械自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)商品的包裝質(zhì)量以及企業(yè)對(duì)高效自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的要求日漸提高。目前國內(nèi)關(guān)于奶封罐抽真空封罐生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究不多,抽真空封罐生產(chǎn)線普遍存在生產(chǎn)效率低、性能不穩(wěn)定等缺點(diǎn),針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象,項(xiàng)目組在第一代真空封罐設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)出一條真空封罐生產(chǎn)線。本課題源于廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)校企合作項(xiàng)目(13HK0123),旨在設(shè)計(jì)出穩(wěn)定、可靠的自動(dòng)化真空封罐機(jī)生產(chǎn)線,提高生產(chǎn)效率。本文主要完成了以下工作:首先,簡(jiǎn)述了國內(nèi)外封罐機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì),以及真空封罐生產(chǎn)線的工作原理和工藝流程,完成了整體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與布局。其次,針對(duì)奶粉蓋的外形特點(diǎn)和疊放方式,完成下蓋機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。采用圖解法確定下蓋機(jī)構(gòu)中核心部件組合刀盤的主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),然后對(duì)下蓋機(jī)構(gòu)三維模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,得到刀盤邊緣切入點(diǎn)角位移曲線,接著利用有限元分析軟件對(duì)組合刀盤進(jìn)行有限元分析,得到在3種不同大小的力的作用下刀盤邊緣的形變,確保組合刀盤具有良好的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。再次,完成了分罐螺桿和星形撥盤機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)三段組合式變距螺旋線的設(shè)計(jì)原理,建立分罐螺桿螺旋線的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并計(jì)算出分罐螺桿的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)值,接著完成星形撥盤機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)分析與參數(shù)計(jì)算。然后,對(duì)抽真空裝置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要包括轉(zhuǎn)盤、卡槽轉(zhuǎn)盤、抽真空腔體、導(dǎo)槽圓筒、機(jī)架等的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)機(jī)架作有限元分析,使之滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。最后,討論了二重卷封以及卷封的基本要素,并對(duì)卷封機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與分析,接著對(duì)卷封輪進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與研究,通過對(duì)卷封輪溝槽曲線的設(shè)計(jì)與尺寸計(jì)算,最后設(shè)計(jì)出適合本生產(chǎn)線的兩個(gè)卷封輪。本論文完成的研究工作已經(jīng)應(yīng)用于企業(yè)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn),并取得了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of the automation technology of the packaging machinery, the packing quality of the goods and the demand for high-efficiency and automatic production of the enterprises are increasing. At present, there is not much research on the production line of the vacuum-sealing tank of the milk-sealing tank, the production efficiency is low, the performance is not stable and the like in the production line of the vacuum-pumping and sealing can, and aiming at the phenomenon, The project team developed a vacuum tank production line on the basis of the first generation of vacuum tank equipment. The project is based on the cooperation project of Guangdong Industrial University (13HK0123), which is designed to design a stable and reliable production line of automatic vacuum can, and to improve the production efficiency. The paper mainly completes the following work: firstly, the present situation and trend of the mechanical industry of the sealing tank at home and abroad are briefly described, and the working principle and process flow of the vacuum sealing tank production line are briefly described, and the design and layout of the whole structure are completed. Secondly, the structural design of the lower cover mechanism is finished according to the outer shape characteristic and the stacking mode of the milk powder cover. in that method, the main design parameters of the combined cutter head of the core component in the lower cover mechanism are determined by the graphic method, the three-dimensional model of the lower cover mechanism is subjected to motion simulation to obtain an angular displacement curve of the edge of the cutter head, and the combined cutter head is subjected to finite element analysis by using the finite element analysis software, And the deformation of the edge of the cutter head under the action of three different sizes of force is obtained, so that the combined cutter head has good reliability and stability. Thirdly, the design of the sub-tank screw and the star-shaped dial mechanism is completed. According to the design principle of the three-section combined variable-distance spiral line, the mathematical model of the spiral line of the split-tank screw is established, and the parameter values of the sub-tank screw are calculated, and then the structural analysis and the parameter calculation of the star-shaped dial mechanism are completed. Then, the vacuum pumping device is designed, which mainly comprises the structural design of a turntable, a clamping groove turntable, a vacuum pumping cavity, a guide groove cylinder, a frame and the like, and the frame is subjected to finite element analysis so as to meet the design requirements. In the end, the paper discusses the basic elements of the double-volume seal and the volume seal, and the design and analysis of the roll-sealing mechanism, and then the design and the research of the roll-sealing wheel, and finally the two roll-sealing wheels suitable for the production line are designed by the design and the size calculation of the roll-sealing wheel groove curve. The research work completed in this paper has been applied to the actual production of the enterprise, and the expected effect has been obtained.
