【摘要】：高真空多層絕熱因其超好的絕熱性能而廣泛的應(yīng)用于低溫容器,但其夾層真空度會隨著材料的放氣而逐漸降低,放氣的主要成分是氫氣。為此,本文設(shè)計實驗平臺,研究了Polymer吸氫劑的吸附特性。根據(jù)BDDT理論,Polymer吸氫劑的吸附等溫線為第一類和第二類吸附等溫線的組合,低平衡壓力時,滿足Langmuir吸附模型,高平衡壓力時,滿足Harkins-Jura吸附模型;吸氫劑的吸附量為同平臺實驗得出的貴金屬吸氫劑PdO吸附量的26.69%,進(jìn)行PdO的直接替代質(zhì)量比例應(yīng)不低于5∶1;吸氫劑的平衡壓力隨H_2充注次數(shù)的增加而逐漸升高,平衡時間隨充注H_2壓力增加呈現(xiàn)階梯型升高;吸氫劑達(dá)到最大吸附速率的時間均出現(xiàn)在吸附開始的第一小時,最大吸附速率和24 h內(nèi)平均吸附速率均與初始H_2壓力接近正比例關(guān)系,而與充注H_2次數(shù)無關(guān)。本文可以為工程設(shè)計人員應(yīng)用新型吸氫劑提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:High vacuum multi-layer insulation is widely used in cryogenic vessels because of its excellent insulation performance, but the vacuum degree of interlayer will gradually decrease with the gas release of the material, and the main component of venting is hydrogen. In this paper, an experimental platform was designed to study the adsorption characteristics of Polymer hydrogen absorber. According to BDDT theory, the adsorption isotherms of Polymer hydrogen absorbers are the combination of the first type and the second kind of adsorption isotherms. At low equilibrium pressure, the Langmuir adsorption model is satisfied, and at high equilibrium pressure, the Harkins-Jura adsorption model is satisfied. The adsorption capacity of hydrogen absorber is 26.69% of that of precious metal hydrogen absorber PdO obtained from the same platform experiment, and the direct substitution mass ratio of PdO should not be less than 5 鈮，
