某型堆垛機(jī)械手的液壓回路動作改進(jìn)分析

【摘要】:針對試驗(yàn)操作過程中出現(xiàn)的某型堆垛機(jī)械手動作嚴(yán)重抖動的現(xiàn)象,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)實(shí)際工作需要,遵循改動量最小化的原則,增加了相應(yīng)的多級調(diào)壓功能,為液壓系統(tǒng)中不同的執(zhí)行元件重新匹配了相應(yīng)的液壓參數(shù),保證了各個機(jī)構(gòu)動作的順暢正常。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the phenomenon of serious shaking of some type of stacking manipulator during the test operation, in combination with the actual working needs of the system and following the principle of minimizing the change, the corresponding multi-level pressure regulating function is added, which re-matches the corresponding hydraulic parameters for the different actuators in the hydraulic system, ensuring the smooth and normal action of each mechanism.
