壓電雙疊片復(fù)合彎曲振動換能器輻射聲場研究

【摘要】:采用瑞利法對固定邊界條件下雙疊片復(fù)合彎振換能器進行理論研究,在計算諧振頻率及位移分布函數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用聲場迭加原理推導出雙疊片復(fù)合彎曲振動換能器輻射聲壓及其指向性表達式,數(shù)值計算分析了復(fù)合換能器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對指向性的影響,并與相應(yīng)活塞板指向性進行比較。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合彎曲換能器各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對聲場指向性會產(chǎn)生不同影響,當其他參數(shù)給定,其聲場指向性具有無旁瓣,瓣角大,聲壓作用距離短,頻率增大時指向性瓣角變小等特點。
[Abstract]:Based on the calculation of resonance frequency and displacement distribution function, the double laminated composite bending vibration transducer under fixed boundary condition is studied theoretically by using Rayleigh method. The expression of radiation sound pressure and directivity of double laminated composite bending vibration transducer is derived by using the principle of sound field superposition. The influence of structural parameters of composite transducer on directivity is calculated and analyzed and compared with that of piston plate. The results show that the structural parameters of the composite bending transducer have different effects on the directivity of the sound field. when the other parameters are given, the directivity of the sound field has no sidelobe, the lobe angle is large, and the acting distance of the sound pressure is short. When the frequency increases, the directional valve angle becomes smaller and so on.
