罐式集裝箱跌落仿真與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:目的研究裙座與鞍座2種連接結(jié)構(gòu)的罐式集裝箱在長側(cè)面跌落情況下的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)以及結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱點(diǎn)。方法基于有限元軟件對2種結(jié)構(gòu)的罐式集裝箱進(jìn)行仿真模擬分析,制作2種結(jié)構(gòu)的罐式集裝箱試件,并進(jìn)行2.8 m高度的跌落試驗(yàn),對比分析仿真模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果端梁發(fā)生了屈服變形,罐體與框架連接處結(jié)構(gòu)承受了較大應(yīng)力,并發(fā)生損壞。結(jié)論試驗(yàn)與仿真模擬結(jié)果基本一致,為罐式集裝箱改進(jìn)設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the stress state and structural weakness of tank container with two connecting structures of skirt and saddle under the condition of long side drop. Methods based on the finite element software, the two kinds of tank containers were simulated and analyzed, and two kinds of tank container specimens were made. The drop test of 2.8 m height was carried out, and the simulation results and the test results were compared and analyzed. Results the yield deformation of the end beam occurred, the structure at the junction between the tank and the frame was subjected to great stress, and the structure was damaged. Conclusion the experimental results are consistent with the simulation results, which provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of tank container design.
