位移傳感器車間生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)的誕生和發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展以一種前所未有的速度和力量沖擊著當(dāng)代企業(yè)運(yùn)作模式。傳統(tǒng)的制造業(yè)因效率低、成本高、資源共享率低、生產(chǎn)周期長等缺點(diǎn)已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需要。因此,制造企業(yè)信息化就應(yīng)運(yùn)而生了。MES(生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng))作為制造企業(yè)信息化的核心技術(shù),在制造業(yè)信息化中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。 本文旨在開發(fā)一個(gè)基于實(shí)際車間生產(chǎn)狀況、實(shí)現(xiàn)可配置和參數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)加載的MES系統(tǒng)。由于實(shí)際車間生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品種類不止一種,針對不同的產(chǎn)品需要配置出相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)流水線,因此本系統(tǒng)需要具有可配置性。由實(shí)際工序操作可知,該車間工序人員在進(jìn)行本工序的操作時(shí)需要查看前面已執(zhí)行工序的參數(shù),但工序種類繁多,若為每一個(gè)工序設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)參數(shù)界面則導(dǎo)致軟件體積龐大,因此本系統(tǒng)需實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)的動(dòng)態(tài)加載。 本文首先基于實(shí)際位移傳感器車間,分析了MES系統(tǒng)的具體需求,制定了基本的設(shè)計(jì)方案。然后對于系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境和應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了闡述,接著對于系統(tǒng)中涉及到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)——產(chǎn)品工序樹的配置技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品加工實(shí)例樹的加載技術(shù)、產(chǎn)品加工工序參數(shù)的動(dòng)態(tài)加載技術(shù)、流水線反饋控制技術(shù)及技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深入的研究。最后,對系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊應(yīng)用界面進(jìn)行了展示,特別是其可配置性和參數(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)加載特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。
[Abstract]:With the birth and development of computer, the rapid development of information technology impacts on the operation mode of modern enterprises with an unprecedented speed and strength. The traditional manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the needs of social development because of its low efficiency, high cost, low resource sharing rate and long production cycle. Mes (production execution system), as the core technology of manufacturing enterprise informatization, plays an important role in manufacturing informatization. The aim of this paper is to develop a MES system which can be configured and dynamically loaded based on the actual workshop production condition. Because there are more than one kind of products produced in the actual workshop, the corresponding production lines are configured for different products, so the system needs to be configurable. It can be seen from the actual process operation that the workshop process personnel need to look at the parameters of the previous executed process when carrying out the operation of this process. However, there are many kinds of processes. If a parameter interface is designed for each process, the software volume will be huge. Therefore, the system needs to realize the dynamic loading of the parameters. In this paper, based on the actual displacement sensor workshop, the specific requirements of the MES system are analyzed, and the basic design scheme is worked out. Then the development environment and application database of the system are described, then the key technologies involved in the system-the configuration technology of the product process tree, the loading technology of the product processing case tree, are discussed. The dynamic loading technology, pipeline feedback control technology and technology realization of product processing process parameters are deeply studied. Finally, the application interface of the main functional modules of the system is shown, especially its configurability and dynamic loading characteristics of parameters are explained in detail.
