產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)DNA可遺傳因子提取

【摘要】:綜合應(yīng)用多種感性工學(xué)研究方法從國(guó)電南自現(xiàn)有平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)中來推導(dǎo)出可用產(chǎn)品族DNA.首先,依照企業(yè)專家組意見從現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品族中選取代表性樣本,在進(jìn)行態(tài)度傾向預(yù)測(cè)試的基礎(chǔ)上選取了42名研究生進(jìn)行主觀評(píng)分測(cè)試,運(yùn)用多種統(tǒng)計(jì)方法來推導(dǎo)遺傳因子.然后,在微觀視角中應(yīng)用FSA法和Delphi法歸納出產(chǎn)品族顯性DNA遺傳因子,在宏觀視角下應(yīng)用SD法推導(dǎo)出產(chǎn)品族隱性DNA遺傳因子.最后,將歸納出的顯性及隱形遺傳因子在新一代平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用和檢驗(yàn),為新平臺(tái)產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)提供了可行性指導(dǎo).該方法具有通用性,可推廣應(yīng)用到一般性軟、硬件控制界面的產(chǎn)品識(shí)別設(shè)計(jì)中.
[Abstract]:Using multiple inductive engineering research methods, the available product family DNA. is derived from the existing platform product family design of Guodiannan. Firstly, according to the opinion of the enterprise expert group, the representative samples were selected from the existing product family, and 42 graduate students were selected for subjective scoring test on the basis of the attitude tendency prediction test, and the genetic factors were deduced by using a variety of statistical methods. Then, the dominant DNA genetic factors in the product family were induced by the FSA and Delphi methods in the microscopic perspective, and the recessive DNA genetic factors in the product family were deduced by the SD method in the macro perspective. Finally, the dominant and invisible genetic factors are applied and tested in the product design practice of the new platform, which provides the feasibility guidance for the product family design of the new platform. This method is universal and can be applied to the product identification design of general software and hardware control interface.
