基于用戶角色的調(diào)研方法研究

【摘要】:目的基于用戶角色調(diào)研方式,對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行用戶畫(huà)像,為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法提供新思路。方法通過(guò)調(diào)研實(shí)例貫穿分析,以用戶角色的定義為分析基礎(chǔ),介紹用戶角色如何選取裂變,繼而得出用戶畫(huà)像,以用戶畫(huà)像為媒介,找到用戶角色與產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)方法的關(guān)系。結(jié)論總結(jié)以用戶角色為基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide a new idea for product design based on user role survey. Methods based on the analysis of the definition of user role, this paper introduces how to choose the fission of user role, then obtains the user portrait, and finds out the relationship between user role and product design method with user portrait as the medium. Conclusion the design method based on user role is summarized.
