新疆刀郎非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺開發(fā)設計

【摘要】:非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)是一個國家和民族的文明象征和寶貴財富。而隨著現(xiàn)代社會的發(fā)展,我國的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)面臨著繼承人減少、老齡化、地域文化藝術特色減弱等問題。只有讓非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)重新回到人們的日常生活中,并在連接傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展空間中找到自己合適的位置,才能改變非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的命運。新疆刀郎非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺設計的目的就是打破刀郎文化影響力降低、繼承者減少、競爭力下降的現(xiàn)狀,結合當?shù)芈糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的契機,利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體,讓更多的人能夠深入了解并喜愛這種極富感染力的民族文化,給刀郎文化帶來新的發(fā)展空間和旅游價值,實現(xiàn)文化保護和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)同促進、共發(fā)展的良性循環(huán)。 文化旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺有別于地方非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)網(wǎng)站的行政保護和旅游網(wǎng)站單一的旅游信息服務。它著重打造用戶的“文化”感官,將用戶發(fā)展成為某種文化的愛好者,并在此基礎上提供旅游信息的便捷服務,吸引用戶到當?shù)芈糜?體驗當?shù)匚幕M瑫r,為文化研究者和愛好者提供交流平臺,促進文化的傳承、傳播和創(chuàng)新,使文化持續(xù)煥發(fā)生命力,成為當?shù)芈糜伟l(fā)展的寶貴財富。 本文從網(wǎng)絡平臺設計的理論和方法研究著手,致力于以用戶為中心的文化旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺產(chǎn)品設計。以新疆刀郎非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺設計為載體,將用戶體驗理論和網(wǎng)絡平臺的設計流程和方法進行有機結合,提出兼具可用性和吸引力的文化旅游平臺設計目標。論文研究主要從用戶需求分析、功能定義、信息構架、交互設計、感知設計五個層面展開。在用戶需求分析與功能定義層面,通過焦點小組、深度訪談、問卷調(diào)研、網(wǎng)絡調(diào)查、行為觀察等研究方法獲得用戶需求資料,進而通過競品分析、人物角色模型、場景故事等研究方法將用戶需求轉化為產(chǎn)品的功能需求。信息構架中運用了卡片分類法、原數(shù)據(jù)編輯、標簽設計等來搭建網(wǎng)站的結構。交互設計中使用網(wǎng)站路徑圖、流程圖、線框圖、低保證原型、可用性測試等工具確定頁面間的相互關系,引導用戶行為。感知設計主要集中在視覺設計上,運用心理學法則、隱喻抽取、色彩法則、產(chǎn)品地圖等確定了頁面的風格和視覺效果。 論文取得了以下研究成果:提出基于用戶體驗理論的文化旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺設計方法和流程,對國內(nèi)日益發(fā)展的地區(qū)文化旅游網(wǎng)站建設具有理論指導和參考借鑒作用;對用戶研究、信息構架、交互設計、感知設計等層面涉及到的研究方法進行了優(yōu)化和創(chuàng)新,具體考量了用戶的可用性和心理需求;為當?shù)氐独晌幕吐糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供新的思路和渠道;提出新疆刀郎非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)旅游網(wǎng)絡平臺的原型設計,并為其設計了豐富的內(nèi)容和功能,結合后續(xù)開發(fā),將能夠為刀郎文化保護和當?shù)芈糜萎a(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來積極的作用和影響。
[Abstract]:Intangible cultural heritage is the symbol of civilization and precious wealth of a country and nation. With the development of modern society, the intangible cultural heritage of our country faces the problems such as the decrease of heirs, the aging, the weakening of regional cultural and artistic characteristics and so on. The fate of intangible cultural heritage can be changed only by letting intangible cultural heritage return to people's daily life and finding their own suitable position in the development space of cultural industry and cultural cause connecting traditional and modern culture. The purpose of Xinjiang Daurang intangible cultural heritage tourism network platform design is to break the current situation of the reduction in cultural influence, the reduction of inheritors and the decline in competitiveness of Daurang, combining with the opportunity of local tourism industry development, the use of Internet media, So that more and more people can deeply understand and love this very infectious national culture, bring new development space and tourism value to the Dao Lang culture, and realize the virtuous circle of cultural protection and the promotion and development of tourism industry. The cultural tourism network platform is different from the administrative protection of the local intangible cultural heritage website and the single tourism information service of the tourism website. It focuses on creating the user's "cultural" senses, developing the user into a cultural enthusiast, and on this basis provides convenient services for tourism information, attracts users to travel to the local area, and experiences the local culture. At the same time, to provide a platform for cultural researchers and enthusiasts to exchange, promote the heritage of culture, dissemination and innovation, so that culture continues to glow with vitality, and become a valuable asset of local tourism development. Based on the theory and method of network platform design, this paper focuses on the product design of user-centered cultural tourism network platform. Based on the design of Xinjiang Dalang intangible cultural heritage network platform, this paper combines the user experience theory with the design process and method of the network platform, and puts forward the design goal of the cultural tourism platform which has both usability and attraction. The research is carried out from five aspects: user requirement analysis, function definition, information architecture, interactive design and perceptual design. At the level of user demand analysis and function definition, through focus group, in-depth interview, questionnaire survey, network survey, behavior observation and other research methods to obtain user demand data, and then through competition analysis, persona model, and so on. Scene story and other research methods convert user requirements into functional requirements of the product. The information framework uses card classification, original data editing, label design and so on to build the structure of the website. In interactive design, web site path diagram, flowchart, wireframe diagram, low guarantee prototype, usability test and other tools are used to determine the relationship between pages and guide user behavior. Perceptual design mainly focuses on visual design, using psychological law, metaphorical extraction, color rule, product map and so on to determine the style and visual effect of the page. The research results are as follows: the design method and process of the cultural tourism network platform based on the user experience theory is put forward, which has the function of theoretical guidance and reference for the construction of the regional cultural tourism websites in China. The research methods involved in user research, information architecture, interactive design and perceptual design are optimized and innovated, and the usability and psychological needs of users are considered in detail. To provide new ideas and channels for the development of local Dao Lang culture and tourism industry; This paper puts forward the prototype design of Xinjiang Dalang intangible cultural heritage tourism network platform, and designs rich contents and functions for it. Combined with the follow-up development, it will bring positive effect and influence to the cultural protection and the development of local tourism industry.
