H工廠生產(chǎn)線精細(xì)化管理研究

【摘要】:近幾十年,國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。很多企業(yè)為了增強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增加市場(chǎng)份額和利潤(rùn)率,選擇新的市場(chǎng)組合形式。即很多大型企業(yè)選擇代工生產(chǎn),相應(yīng)的一些企業(yè)就成為了原始設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商,簡(jiǎn)單地說屬于被委托生產(chǎn)方,F(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)有很多原始設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商,這些企業(yè)的發(fā)展成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),隨著改革地不斷深入,我國(guó)國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值不斷提高,人均收入也在逐步增加,員工成本逐步遞增,帶來的是這些中型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本提高,這對(duì)于這些發(fā)展中的企業(yè)來講影響是很大的,在大環(huán)境的壓力下,代工企業(yè)的自我成長(zhǎng)與轉(zhuǎn)型已經(jīng)迫在眉睫,然而企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型不是一蹴而就的。現(xiàn)階段,仍然需要提高生產(chǎn)效率,控制人力成本,保持已有的和未來的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而在目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形式下保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。要想實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),精細(xì)化管理就顯得尤為重要。本篇論文以上述提到的大的環(huán)境下,通過H工廠生產(chǎn)線的精細(xì)化管理的研究以此為本篇論文的數(shù)據(jù)采集依據(jù)、理論基礎(chǔ)來源,論文總結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為五章,包含有緒論、精細(xì)化管理的背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究有關(guān)情況、精細(xì)化管理的具體操作方法、H工廠生產(chǎn)線存在的問題、問題分析以及精細(xì)化管理5S操作方法的應(yīng)用目標(biāo)評(píng)估。文章主要闡釋了以下幾個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:第一、對(duì)H工廠發(fā)展背景、核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和市場(chǎng)等進(jìn)行了深入的分析,進(jìn)一步提出H工廠生產(chǎn)線的精細(xì)化管理出現(xiàn)的問題;第二、對(duì)H工廠生產(chǎn)線精細(xì)化管理出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行研究做出具體的論述;第三、闡述了H工廠生產(chǎn)線精細(xì)化管理完善后,應(yīng)用目標(biāo)、評(píng)估現(xiàn)狀,以及生產(chǎn)線的精細(xì)化管理研究的進(jìn)步與不足之處。本篇論文采用5S精細(xì)化管理應(yīng)用方法、工廠現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查法和文獻(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)與實(shí)例研究相參照的方法,爭(zhēng)取用精細(xì)化管理的方法與工業(yè)工程的方法相結(jié)合,將H工廠生產(chǎn)線精細(xì)化管理與市場(chǎng)的需求相結(jié)合,使其全面融入當(dāng)下的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, the domestic and foreign economies have developed rapidly. In order to enhance competitiveness, increase market share and profit margin, many enterprises choose a new form of market portfolio. That is, many large-scale enterprises choose contract production, some of the corresponding enterprises become original equipment manufacturers, in simple terms, belong to the entrusted producers. At present, there are many original equipment manufacturers in China, and the development of these enterprises has become the focus of attention. With the deepening of the reform, the gross national product (GNP) of our country continues to increase, the per capita income is also gradually increasing, and the staff costs are gradually increasing. What brings about is the increase in the production costs of these medium-sized enterprises, which has a great impact on these developing enterprises. Under the pressure of the general environment, the self-growth and transformation of contract enterprises is imminent. However, the transformation of enterprises is not achieved overnight. At present, it is still necessary to improve the production efficiency, control the labor cost, maintain the existing and future competitiveness, so as to maintain the competitive advantage in the current economic form. To achieve this goal, fine management is particularly important. In this paper, under the above mentioned large environment, through the study of the fine management of H plant production line, this paper is based on the data collection, the theoretical basis source, the overall structure of the paper is divided into five chapters, including the introduction, The background and significance of refined management, the relevant research situation at home and abroad, the specific operation methods of refined management, the problems existing in H plant production line, the analysis of problems, and the application objective evaluation of refined management 5S operation method. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the development background, core competence and market of H factory are analyzed in depth, and the problems of fine management of H plant production line are put forward. Secondly, the problems of fine management of H plant production line are discussed in detail. Thirdly, after the refined management of H plant production line is perfected, the application goal, the evaluation status quo, and the progress and deficiency of the fine management research of the production line are expounded. This thesis adopts the method of 5S fine management application, the method of factory investigation and the method of literature study and case study, and tries to combine the method of fine management with the method of industrial engineering. The fine management of H factory production line is combined with the market demand, so that it can be integrated into the current market economy environment in an all-round way.
