環(huán)境參數(shù)對蒸發(fā)式冷卻換熱器性能影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:本文利用由焓差室控制環(huán)境參數(shù)的水-水蒸發(fā)式冷卻換熱器實驗臺,研究噴淋密度、迎面風速和環(huán)境參數(shù)對其傳熱傳質(zhì)性能的影響。當改變噴淋密度和迎面風速時,測得最佳噴淋密度為0.031 4 kg/(m·s),最佳迎面風速為3.22 m/s;在最佳噴淋密度和最佳迎面風速的條件下,改變環(huán)境參數(shù),測得濕球溫度從22℃上升至28℃時,總傳熱系數(shù)降低約4.2%,傳質(zhì)系數(shù)降低約9.3%;相對濕度從85%降低至55%時,總傳熱系數(shù)上升約10%,傳質(zhì)系數(shù)上升約13.7%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the influence of spray density, head-on wind speed and environmental parameters on the heat and mass transfer performance of water-water evaporative heat exchanger controlled by enthalpy difference chamber is studied. When the spray density and the face wind speed were changed, the optimum spray density was 0.031 kg/ (m s), and the best face velocity was 3.22 m / s; Under the condition of the best spray density and the best head-on wind speed, the total heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient are decreased about 4.2 and 9.3 respectively when the wet bulb temperature rises from 22 鈩,
