排氣消聲器智能方案設(shè)計(jì)與智能評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:汽車(chē)排氣消聲器是一種抑制噪聲傳播而允許氣流通過(guò)的降噪裝置,是降低汽車(chē)排氣噪聲的最主要和最有效的途徑。傳統(tǒng)的消聲器設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程需要經(jīng)過(guò)一系列復(fù)雜的計(jì)算以確定基本結(jié)構(gòu)和尺寸參數(shù),并通過(guò)大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行反復(fù)調(diào)整,從而獲得較好的消聲器設(shè)計(jì)方案。通常設(shè)計(jì)周期較長(zhǎng),開(kāi)發(fā)效率低下,因此需要建立一個(gè)智能高效的消聲器設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),從根本上提高消聲器的設(shè)計(jì)效率,縮減開(kāi)發(fā)成本。 首先,對(duì)消聲器的設(shè)計(jì)流程和設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),提出包含消聲目標(biāo)確定,基本參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)頻譜分析、整體結(jié)構(gòu)匹配、詳細(xì)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)計(jì)方案綜合評(píng)價(jià)等流程的消聲器智能設(shè)計(jì)思路;利用可擴(kuò)展標(biāo)記語(yǔ)言將設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)換為計(jì)算機(jī)可以理解的推理規(guī)則、并結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)流程與經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式建立高效的消聲器設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)庫(kù)。在建立消聲器智能設(shè)計(jì)流程和框架的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各項(xiàng)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究,給出相應(yīng)的解決方案。 其次,對(duì)消聲器的各項(xiàng)要求進(jìn)行分析,提出包含聲學(xué)性能、空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)性能、成本分析和社會(huì)因素等多方面的消聲器智能評(píng)價(jià)體系。并利用AHP層次分析法對(duì)整個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程進(jìn)行量化,保證評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的客觀公正性。其中對(duì)于二維指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)突破了只用平均值的傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法,增加了對(duì)不同頻段的消聲能力,以及較強(qiáng)消聲能力和較弱消聲能力的考量。并從深層次挖掘出消聲器成本和社會(huì)因素的具體量化方式。 最后,利用VB.Net編程語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)排氣消聲器智能設(shè)計(jì)與智能評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng),用戶輸入發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)參數(shù)、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)噪聲頻譜、空間約束以及消聲目標(biāo),,系統(tǒng)便會(huì)智能的完成消聲器的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,并對(duì)各設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行智能評(píng)價(jià)。且在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中允許用戶根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的提示進(jìn)行人工干預(yù)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了排氣消聲器的智能設(shè)計(jì)與智能評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The automobile exhaust muffler is a kind of noise reducing device which can suppress the noise propagation and allow the airflow to pass through. It is the most important and effective way to reduce the automobile exhaust noise. The traditional muffler design process needs a series of complex calculation to determine the basic structure and size parameters, and through a large number of experiments to adjust the structural parameters repeatedly, a better muffler design scheme is obtained. Usually the design cycle is long and the development efficiency is low. So it is necessary to establish an intelligent and efficient muffler design platform to improve the design efficiency of muffler and reduce the development cost. First of all, the design process and design knowledge of muffler are summarized, including the determination of silencing target, basic parameters design, engine spectrum analysis, overall structure matching. Detailed parameter design and comprehensive evaluation of the design scheme flow of the muffler intelligent design ideas; By using extensible markup language (EML), the design knowledge is transformed into a reasoning rule that can be understood by computer, and an efficient muffler design knowledge base is established by combining the design flow and empirical formula. Based on the establishment of the design flow and framework of the muffler, the key technologies to realize the intelligent design are studied in depth, and the corresponding solutions are given. Secondly, the requirements of muffler are analyzed, and an intelligent evaluation system of muffler including acoustics, aerodynamics, cost analysis and social factors is put forward. The evaluation process is quantified by AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to ensure the objective justice of the evaluation results. The evaluation of two-dimensional index breaks through the traditional evaluation method which only uses the average value, and increases the ability of noise suppression in different frequency bands, as well as the consideration of stronger and weaker ability. And dig out the specific quantification way of muffler cost and social factors from the deep level. Finally, the intelligent design and evaluation system of exhaust muffler is developed by using VB.Net programming language. The user inputs engine parameters, engine noise spectrum, spatial constraints and silencing targets. The system will intelligently complete the muffler design process, and the intelligent evaluation of each design scheme. And in the whole design process allows the user to carry on the human intervention according to the system prompt. Finally, the intelligent design and evaluation of exhaust muffler are realized.
