【摘要】：項(xiàng)目管理作為近年來快速發(fā)展起來的管理方式已經(jīng)逐漸融入到國民生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)行業(yè)當(dāng)中,作為國民生產(chǎn)主力軍的制造業(yè)也越來越多的引入項(xiàng)目管理的思想和方法對原有的流程和生產(chǎn)方法進(jìn)行改造,而且取得了一定的成效。然而隨著行業(yè)的發(fā)展,人民消費(fèi)水平的不斷提升,制造業(yè)的經(jīng)營方式也從原來的粗放式、集中式生產(chǎn)方式向精益式、訂單式方式轉(zhuǎn)變,同時(shí)為滿足不斷提升的客戶服務(wù)需求,越來越多的企業(yè)在售后服務(wù)中下功夫,并從中尋找新的利潤增長點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵鏈管理方法是近年來發(fā)展起來的項(xiàng)目管理方法之一,本文主要討論運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理方法,對制造型企業(yè)中的產(chǎn)品返修項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行研究。使用關(guān)鍵鏈管理方法對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而縮短項(xiàng)目周期,改善企業(yè)服務(wù)水平,提高返修服務(wù)質(zhì)量。主要運(yùn)用的理論方法是關(guān)鍵鏈管理理論,分析和討論了在產(chǎn)品返修項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的生成、優(yōu)化及控制等問題。
[Abstract]:Project management, as a rapidly developing management mode in recent years, has been gradually integrated into the various industries of national production. As the main force of national production, the manufacturing industry has also introduced more and more ideas and methods of project management to reform the original process and production methods, and has achieved certain results. However, with the development of the industry and the continuous improvement of the people's consumption level, the mode of operation of the manufacturing industry has also changed from the original extensive and centralized mode of production to the mode of lean and order mode, and at the same time to meet the increasing customer service needs, More and more enterprises work hard in after-sales service, and look for new profit growth point. The key chain management method is one of the project management methods developed in recent years. This paper mainly discusses how to use modern project management method to study the progress of product rework project in manufacturing enterprises. The key chain management method is used to optimize the project schedule so as to shorten the project cycle, improve the service level of enterprises and improve the service quality of rework. The main theoretical method is the key chain management theory. This paper analyzes and discusses the generation, optimization and control of the progress of the product rework project.
