水性金屬油墨及其在紙張表面涂覆性能的研究

【摘要】:煙用內(nèi)襯紙作為卷煙行業(yè)的一種包裝材料,主要分為復(fù)合鋁箔紙與真空鍍鋁紙兩大類(lèi);其主要功能是起到保香、保潤(rùn)、遮光等阻隔作用,同時(shí)也完美展示材質(zhì)的美觀性。鑒于復(fù)合材料的缺陷,歸類(lèi)為:(1)在紙基金屬?gòu)?fù)合過(guò)程中,復(fù)合鋁箔紙殘留有害溶劑,如:粘合劑、著色劑及添加劑等;在去溶劑過(guò)程中,干燥系統(tǒng)需要消耗較多能源。(2)在生產(chǎn)中,真空鍍鋁紙具有能耗高、經(jīng)濟(jì)性差以及鋁層過(guò)薄增加了印品的報(bào)廢率等缺點(diǎn),并對(duì)運(yùn)輸與存儲(chǔ)具有嚴(yán)格要求。因此,本文以凹印的方式為基礎(chǔ),提出基于水性金屬油墨及其在紙張表面改性的研究構(gòu)思,將研究?jī)?nèi)容歸納如下:首先,對(duì)目前煙用內(nèi)包裝材料的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有煙用內(nèi)襯紙生產(chǎn)工藝,綜合闡述了紙基金屬?gòu)?fù)合材料和水性油墨的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,明確了存在的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),指出了研究水性金屬油墨及其紙張表面改性的必要性和可行性。其次,在對(duì)水性金屬油墨各組成部分的理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合目前在油墨配方中最常用的原材料,通過(guò)各原材料性能分析和對(duì)比的方法,選擇了水性金屬油墨配方中的各組成部分的原材料,之后參考金屬油墨配方專利確定了各成份的用量,提出水性金屬油墨配方,并根據(jù)提出的配方制備出了水性金屬油墨樣品。該配方所選原材料均符合綠色環(huán)保的要求。再者,本文以制備的水性金屬油墨樣品為試驗(yàn)材料,通過(guò)調(diào)試印刷壓力、印刷速度和改變?cè)囼?yàn)輥參數(shù)等方法,得到了水性金屬油墨在紙張涂覆的樣品,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)樣品的重金屬、可揮發(fā)性化合物、色差、含水量等性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)和結(jié)果分析。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)樣品性能的檢測(cè)可知,用該水性金屬油墨配方生產(chǎn)的印刷樣品與壓延復(fù)合鋁箔紙?jiān)谏、厚度、克重等指?biāo)上還有一定差距,但該產(chǎn)品在重金屬和可揮發(fā)性化合物等指標(biāo)上均滿足食品級(jí)包裝材料的要求。
[Abstract]:As a kind of packaging material in cigarette industry, cigarette liner paper is mainly divided into two categories: compound aluminum foil and vacuum aluminized paper. Its main function is to protect fragrance, moisturize and shade, and at the same time, to show the beauty of material perfectly. In view of the defects of the composite materials, they can be classified as: (1) in the process of paper-based metal composite, the residual harmful solvents such as adhesives, colorants and additives are retained in the composite aluminum foil paper; In the process of solvent removal, the drying system needs to consume more energy. (2) in production, vacuum aluminized paper has the disadvantages of high energy consumption, poor economy and too thin aluminum layer, which increases the scrap rate of printed matter, and has strict requirements for transportation and storage. Therefore, on the basis of gravure printing, this paper puts forward the research conception of water-based metal ink and its modification on paper surface. The research contents are summarized as follows: firstly, market research on the present situation of tobacco inner packaging materials is carried out. Combined with the existing production process of cigarette lined paper, the development status of paper matrix metal composite material and water-based ink was comprehensively expounded, and the existing problems and development trend were clarified. The necessity and feasibility of surface modification of waterborne metal ink and its paper are pointed out. Secondly, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the components of water-based metal ink, combining with the most commonly used raw materials in ink formulation at present, through the method of performance analysis and comparison of each raw material, The raw materials of each component in the formulation of water-borne metal ink were selected, and then the dosage of each component was determined by referring to the patent of the formula of metal ink, the formula of water-borne metal ink was put forward, and the sample of water-borne metal ink was prepared according to the formula. The raw materials selected by this formula are in line with the requirements of environmental protection. Furthermore, by adjusting printing pressure, printing speed and changing the parameters of the test roll, the waterborne metal ink coated on the paper is obtained, and the heavy metals of the test sample are obtained by using the waterborne metal ink sample as the experimental material. Volatile compounds, color aberration and water content were tested and analyzed. By testing the performance of the test sample, we can see that there is still a certain gap between the printing sample produced by the waterborne metal ink formula and the calendered composite aluminum foil in terms of color difference, thickness, gram weight, etc. However, the product can meet the requirements of food-grade packaging materials in heavy metals and volatile compounds.
