沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建噪聲模擬及噪聲防控規(guī)劃

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)航空事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展,機(jī)場(chǎng)噪聲問(wèn)題日益突出,如何合理地評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)場(chǎng)航空噪聲污染程度,利用何種有效的治理方法對(duì)噪聲污染進(jìn)行控制已成為擺在環(huán)保部門、民航管理部門以及機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃人員面前的重要課題。沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)是國(guó)家一級(jí)干線民用運(yùn)輸機(jī)場(chǎng),它的原址改造擴(kuò)建可能對(duì)周邊區(qū)域噪聲等環(huán)境造成影響,而機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建后的規(guī)劃布局直接關(guān)系到機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建后周邊環(huán)境敏感點(diǎn)的影響程度,因此,針對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建進(jìn)行噪聲污染模擬分析及周邊環(huán)境影響防控研究是十分必要的。本論文研究目標(biāo)是對(duì)沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行噪聲污染模擬,掌握擴(kuò)建前后的噪聲影響變化情況,并根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果提出噪聲防控措施和建議。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容分為三部分:第一部分從機(jī)場(chǎng)噪聲評(píng)價(jià)量及其特點(diǎn)、公眾影響、模擬程序等方面對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)噪聲污染模擬理論進(jìn)行了研究;第二部分對(duì)沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目及其噪聲污染現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上篩選出綜合噪聲模型(INM),利用經(jīng)參數(shù)修正后的模型對(duì)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前后噪聲污染情況進(jìn)行模擬。第三部分根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果提出噪聲防控措施和建議。本研究通過(guò)軟件篩選及與監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果的比對(duì),選定INM模型對(duì)沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行噪聲污染模擬,為得到更為接近實(shí)際的模擬結(jié)果,模擬過(guò)程中考慮飛行軌跡偏離既定航線的影響,確定發(fā)散軌跡9條。根據(jù)模型篩選和修正結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)比較后可知,基于INM模型的沈陽(yáng)桃仙國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行噪聲污染模擬結(jié)果是可靠的,因此基于此結(jié)果提出噪聲防控規(guī)劃也是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of aviation industry in our country, the problem of airport noise is becoming more and more prominent. How to evaluate the degree of aviation noise pollution reasonably and how to control the noise pollution by using effective control methods has become a problem in the environmental protection department. Civil aviation management departments and airport planners in front of important issues. The Taoxian International Airport of Shenyang is a civil transportation airport of the national first class trunk line. The reconstruction and expansion of its original site may have an impact on the surrounding area, such as noise, etc. The layout of the airport after expansion is directly related to the impact of the surrounding environmental sensitive points after the expansion of the airport. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the noise pollution simulation analysis and the study of the surrounding environmental impact prevention and control for the expansion of the airport. The purpose of this paper is to simulate the noise pollution of the expansion project of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, to master the change of noise influence before and after the expansion, and to put forward some measures and suggestions for noise prevention and control according to the simulation results. The main research contents are divided into three parts: the first part studies the simulation theory of airport noise pollution from the aspects of airport noise evaluation quantity and its characteristics, public influence, simulation procedure and so on; The second part makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the expansion project of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport and the present situation of noise pollution. On this basis, a comprehensive noise model (INM), is selected. The noise pollution before and after the implementation of the expansion project is simulated by the modified model. In the third part, the noise prevention and control measures and suggestions are put forward according to the simulation results. Through software screening and comparison with monitoring results, INM model was selected to simulate noise pollution of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport expansion project, in order to get more close to the actual simulation results. In the course of simulation, considering the influence of flight trajectory deviating from the established route, 9 diverging trajectories are determined. According to the comparison between the model selection and correction results and the measured data, it can be seen that the noise pollution simulation results of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport expansion project based on INM model are reliable, so it is feasible to propose noise prevention and control planning based on the results.
