氣霧化法中氣體壓力對(duì)制備鋅粉的影響

【摘要】:研究了氣霧化法中氣體壓力對(duì)制備鋅粉外觀形貌和粒度分布的影響。在600℃的鋅液溫度,設(shè)定0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.6、2.0 MPa壓力對(duì)鋅粉末進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。研究表明,1.6 MPa為最優(yōu)氣體霧化壓力,在200目篩下的過篩率平均達(dá)到95.18%。
