用戶研究中的問卷設(shè)計理論建模

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)越來越多的滲透進(jìn)中國人的生活,很多企業(yè)意識到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對其產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略的重要性,進(jìn)入到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)領(lǐng)域,這導(dǎo)致了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)同質(zhì)化加劇。一些企業(yè)開始建立自己的用戶體驗設(shè)計部門,希望通過提升產(chǎn)品的用戶體驗和深入挖掘用戶需求來設(shè)計開發(fā)差異化產(chǎn)品。用戶研究是用戶體驗設(shè)計中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。在眾多用戶研究方法當(dāng)中,問卷調(diào)查法因為具有不受時間和空間限制,以及執(zhí)行成本低的優(yōu)點(diǎn),經(jīng)常被用來作為在用戶研究中收集用戶數(shù)據(jù)的工具。當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外對問卷設(shè)計方法的研究主要在醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行,與設(shè)計和面向互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品的用戶研究相關(guān)的問卷設(shè)計研究尚無人開展。本文研究的主要目標(biāo)是為以指導(dǎo)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計為目的用戶研究中的問卷設(shè)計建立設(shè)計原則和設(shè)計步驟理論模型,為用戶研究中的問卷設(shè)計提供簡單、系統(tǒng)性和邏輯性的指導(dǎo)。本文以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品生命周期理論為基礎(chǔ),對使用了問卷調(diào)查法進(jìn)行互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品用戶研究的文獻(xiàn)和案例進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié)和歸納,得出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品生命周期各階段中問卷調(diào)查法發(fā)揮的不同作用。接著,根據(jù)通過文獻(xiàn)的研究、案例的歸納和自身工作經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)建立了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品用戶研究中問卷設(shè)計原則模型和問卷設(shè)計流程模型。然后,基于面向設(shè)計的用戶研究中的問卷設(shè)計理論模型進(jìn)行了問卷庫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,并設(shè)計實驗驗證問卷庫系統(tǒng)的可用性和有效性。實驗結(jié)果表明,問卷庫可以在保證問卷設(shè)計質(zhì)量的前提下大大縮短問卷設(shè)計時間,并且能夠幫助非專業(yè)用戶研究人員提高問卷設(shè)計質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the increasing penetration of the Internet into the lives of Chinese people, many enterprises realize the importance of the Internet to their product strategy and enter into the field of Internet product development, which leads to the homogeneity of Internet products and services. Some enterprises began to set up their own user experience design department, hoping to design and develop differentiated products by improving the user experience and digging into the user needs. User research is an important link in user experience design. Among the many user research methods, the questionnaire method is often used as a tool to collect user data in user research because of its advantages of not limited by time and space, and low execution cost. At present, the research on questionnaire design methods is mainly carried out in the fields of medicine and health, education and economic management, but there is no research on questionnaire design related to the design and user research of Internet products. The main goal of this paper is to establish a theoretical model of design principles and design steps for the questionnaire design in order to guide the design of Internet products, and to provide a simple, systematic and logical guidance for the questionnaire design in user research. Based on the theory of Internet product life cycle, this paper analyzes and summarizes the literature and cases of Internet product user research by questionnaire. The results show that the questionnaire method plays different roles in the life cycle of Internet products. Then, according to the literature research, case induction and the summary of their own work experience, the questionnaire design principle model and questionnaire design process model in Internet product user research are established. Then, the questionnaire database system is designed based on the theoretical model of questionnaire design in design-oriented user research, and the availability and effectiveness of the questionnaire library system are verified by experiments. The experimental results show that the questionnaire database can greatly shorten the design time while ensuring the design quality of the questionnaire, and can help the non-professional user researchers to improve the design quality of the questionnaire.
