納米鍍銀二氧化硅纖維對(duì)聚偏氟乙烯結(jié)晶性能的影響
[Abstract]:Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has been widely used in electronic and biomedical fields because of its excellent piezoelectric, thermoelectric and physical and chemical properties. PVDF is a semi-crystalline polymer with five crystalline forms. Different crystal structure will make PVDF materials exhibit different properties. Electrostatic spinning is a simple and effective method for preparing nano-scale fibers. Nano-silica fibers were prepared by electrospinning method. The surface of nano-silica fibers was treated by dopamine biomimetic modification at room temperature, and then electroless silver plating was carried out. Nano-silver coated silica fiber / PVDF composite film was prepared by solution coating method. The crystallization mechanism of PVDF was discussed. The effect of silver plating on the crystalline structure and properties of PVDF was investigated. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: (1) Nano-silica fibers were prepared by electrospinning technique. The fibers with rough surface and uniform deposition of polydopamine were obtained. Using glucose as reducing agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as stabilizer and dispersant, electroless silver plating on polydopamine fibers was carried out. The continuous densification of silver layer was obtained by changing the concentration and amount of silver nitrate. (2) Nano-silica fiber / PVDF composite film and silver-plated nano-silica fiber / PVDF composite film were prepared by solution coating method. The effect of silver-plated silica fiber on the crystal structure and properties of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) was investigated by four-probe tester. The results show that the content of 尾 and 緯 crystals is higher and the electrical properties of the composite films are better.
