基于云模型的可靠性評(píng)估方法及軟件開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:In satellite systems, a variety of operational and test data are massive, but in a large number of reliability data can be used by the existing probabilistic reliability evaluation method data is very scarce. At the same time, there are more and more uncertain types of information such as fuzzy information and interval information in a large number of reliability data, which challenge the existing reliability theory. In order to apply multi-source and multi-form reliability data, a cloud model based reliability evaluation method is proposed in this paper. In this paper, the source and classification of reliability data are analyzed, and the consistency among different types of reliability data is studied. On this basis, the reliability index system based on cloud model is established, and the cloud confidence lower limit, which considers three cloud parameters synthetically, is put forward, which provides a clear basis for quantitative comparison of reliability. Based on the theory of probabilistic reliability, fuzzy reliability and interval reliability, three kinds of reliability cloud for stress intensity interference failure model are established in this paper. At the same time, this paper establishes the fusion of three kinds of reliability clouds to obtain a comprehensive reliability cloud method. Based on the probabilistic reliability evaluation algorithm of typical systems and the error theory, a series and parallel reliability cloud transfer algorithm from components to systems is established in this paper. The evaluation process of reliability evaluation method based on cloud model is standardized and the reliability evaluation software based on cloud model is developed according to modular programming idea. The validity of software function is tested and verified by test cases.
