【摘要】：為了考查拉伸對(duì)無(wú)機(jī)納米硅/鋁氧化物摻雜三層復(fù)合聚酰亞胺薄膜的影響,對(duì)適當(dāng)亞胺化的薄膜進(jìn)行了拉伸比分別為:0%(未拉伸)、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14%的處理,然后經(jīng)高溫完全亞胺化。在相同的條件下對(duì)不同拉伸比的三層復(fù)合薄膜用電子萬(wàn)能材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行拉伸測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:因摻雜了納米無(wú)機(jī)氧化物,PI薄膜的彈性模量略有增加,拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率明顯下降,但仍保持較好的力學(xué)性能;PI薄膜的屈服應(yīng)該是聚酰亞胺分子鏈本身的強(qiáng)迫高彈形變,與PI薄膜是否摻雜納米無(wú)機(jī)氧化物或者是否經(jīng)過(guò)拉伸處理無(wú)關(guān);隨著拉伸比的增加,無(wú)機(jī)納米氧化物摻雜三層復(fù)合PI薄膜的彈性模量整體上存在先緩慢增加而后逐漸下降的趨勢(shì),拉伸強(qiáng)度和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率先下降然后上升。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of stretching on inorganic nano-silicon / aluminum oxide doped three-layer composite polyimide films, the tensile ratios of the appropriate imide films were 0% (unstretched), 2% and 4% respectively. It is treated by 14% and then imidified completely at high temperature. Under the same conditions, three layers of composite films with different drawing ratios were tested by electronic universal material tester. The results showed that the elastic modulus of PI films increased slightly, the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased obviously, but the mechanical properties of PI films remained better. The yield of PI film should be the forced high elastic deformation of the polyimide chain itself, which is independent of whether the PI film is doped with nano-inorganic oxide or whether the film is subjected to tensile treatment. With the increase of tensile ratio, the elastic modulus of inorganic nano-oxide doped three-layer composite PI films increased slowly first and then decreased gradually. The tensile strength and elongation at break first decreased and then increased.
