基于CATIA的客車駕駛室人機(jī)工程學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:本文以河北潔神新能源有限公司正在研發(fā)的一款純電動(dòng)公交客車為研究對象,對其駕駛室進(jìn)行人機(jī)工程學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)。應(yīng)用CATIA V5 R20對客車駕駛室進(jìn)行三維建模的設(shè)計(jì),利用CATIA V5中的人機(jī)工程模塊對客車駕駛室進(jìn)行人機(jī)工程的校核,完成了對駕駛室的基本設(shè)計(jì)及滿足法規(guī)要求,應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)對駕駛室進(jìn)行層次及重要性的分析,確定了各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),并且應(yīng)用VC++對純電動(dòng)公交客車建立了人機(jī)工程的評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。具體研究內(nèi)容有如下幾方面:一、客車駕駛室三維模型的設(shè)計(jì)。參考國家法規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB和SAE的有關(guān)要求,在CATIA軟件中應(yīng)用創(chuàng)成式曲面設(shè)計(jì)和零部件設(shè)計(jì)模塊中完成對駕駛室座椅、轉(zhuǎn)向盤、儀表板的設(shè)計(jì)工作。二、客車駕駛室的人機(jī)工程學(xué)校核。在設(shè)計(jì)出的純電動(dòng)公交客車模型中,對公交客車的駕駛室進(jìn)行有關(guān)人機(jī)工程的校核,其中包括坐姿舒適性校核,視野性校核,空間與可觸及性分析與校核等。三、權(quán)重系數(shù)的確定。應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)中的層次分析法對客車駕駛室中列出有關(guān)人機(jī)工程學(xué)的影響因素,共分為3個(gè)層次,23個(gè)評價(jià)因素,并為各評價(jià)因素確定相應(yīng)的評價(jià)等級;構(gòu)造駕駛室評價(jià)因素的判斷矩陣,運(yùn)用和法計(jì)算獲得駕駛室評價(jià)因素的權(quán)重系數(shù)。四、建立人機(jī)工程評估系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)應(yīng)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)計(jì)算出的權(quán)重系數(shù),運(yùn)用VC++建立純電動(dòng)客車駕駛室的綜合評價(jià)系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)評價(jià)系統(tǒng)中得出的評價(jià)結(jié)果,確認(rèn)其是否符合人機(jī)工程學(xué)的要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a pure electric bus is researched and developed by Hebei Jiesen New Energy Co., Ltd. The ergonomics design of its cab is carried out. Using CATIA V5R20 to design the three dimensional model of the cab of the bus, the ergonomics module of CATIA V5 is used to check the cab of the bus, and the basic design of the cab and the requirements of the regulations are fulfilled. Using fuzzy mathematics to analyze the hierarchy and importance of cab, the weight coefficient of each index is determined, and the ergonomics evaluation system of pure electric bus is established by using VC. The specific research contents are as follows: 1. The design of three-dimensional model of bus cab. According to the requirements of GB and SAE, the design of cab seat, steering wheel and instrument panel is completed in the module of creating curved surface and parts design in CATIA software. Second, the school of ergonomics in the cab of the bus. In the design of the pure electric bus model, the ergonomics of the cab of the bus are checked, including sitting comfort check, visual field check, space and accessibility analysis and check, etc. Third, the determination of weight coefficient. This paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in fuzzy mathematics to list the influencing factors of ergonomics in the cab of passenger cars. The factors are divided into 3 levels and 23 evaluation factors, and the corresponding evaluation grades are determined for each evaluation factor. The judgment matrix of cab evaluation factors is constructed, and the weight coefficients of cab evaluation factors are calculated by sum method. Fourth, the establishment of ergonomics evaluation system. According to the weight coefficient calculated by fuzzy mathematics, the comprehensive evaluation system of cab of pure electric passenger car is established by using VC. According to the evaluation results obtained from the evaluation system, confirm whether it meets the requirements of ergonomics.
