基于CATIA的客車(chē)駕駛室人機(jī)工程學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)與研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, a pure electric bus is researched and developed by Hebei Jiesen New Energy Co., Ltd. The ergonomics design of its cab is carried out. Using CATIA V5R20 to design the three dimensional model of the cab of the bus, the ergonomics module of CATIA V5 is used to check the cab of the bus, and the basic design of the cab and the requirements of the regulations are fulfilled. Using fuzzy mathematics to analyze the hierarchy and importance of cab, the weight coefficient of each index is determined, and the ergonomics evaluation system of pure electric bus is established by using VC. The specific research contents are as follows: 1. The design of three-dimensional model of bus cab. According to the requirements of GB and SAE, the design of cab seat, steering wheel and instrument panel is completed in the module of creating curved surface and parts design in CATIA software. Second, the school of ergonomics in the cab of the bus. In the design of the pure electric bus model, the ergonomics of the cab of the bus are checked, including sitting comfort check, visual field check, space and accessibility analysis and check, etc. Third, the determination of weight coefficient. This paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in fuzzy mathematics to list the influencing factors of ergonomics in the cab of passenger cars. The factors are divided into 3 levels and 23 evaluation factors, and the corresponding evaluation grades are determined for each evaluation factor. The judgment matrix of cab evaluation factors is constructed, and the weight coefficients of cab evaluation factors are calculated by sum method. Fourth, the establishment of ergonomics evaluation system. According to the weight coefficient calculated by fuzzy mathematics, the comprehensive evaluation system of cab of pure electric passenger car is established by using VC. According to the evaluation results obtained from the evaluation system, confirm whether it meets the requirements of ergonomics.
