一種阻抗匹配可調(diào)的變頻式超聲波電源

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展,超聲波技術(shù)在焊接、清洗、剪切、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。作為超聲波技術(shù)的核心之一,超聲波電源的發(fā)展也隨著電力電子技術(shù)和數(shù)字控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展發(fā)生著巨大改變。然而目前市面上的超聲波電源多為專用超聲波電源,一臺電源只能匹配固定的換能器,實(shí)現(xiàn)不了寬頻域內(nèi)的鎖相和頻率跟蹤。本文以頻率跟蹤和阻抗匹配為出發(fā)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一種變頻式超聲波電源,通過頻率跟蹤的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)寬頻域內(nèi)的阻抗匹配調(diào)節(jié),并在ZYNQ平臺上實(shí)現(xiàn)了原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。論文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)在分析超聲波換能器等效電路和阻抗特性的基礎(chǔ)上,確定阻抗匹配方法和頻率搜索依據(jù):采用頻率跟蹤法實(shí)現(xiàn)阻抗匹配的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)節(jié),并采用變步長策略實(shí)現(xiàn)快速、精確的頻率搜索。(2)將超聲波電源主電路劃分為多個(gè)子模塊進(jìn)行原理分析和硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)。降壓斬波電路實(shí)現(xiàn)輸出直流電壓幅值可調(diào),以達(dá)到功率自適應(yīng)的目的;逆變電路采用全橋拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)將直流電轉(zhuǎn)換為頻率可調(diào)的交流信號;匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)逆變電路輸出與換能器之間的匹配;反饋電路對換能器的電壓電流信號進(jìn)行處理后送入控制系統(tǒng),作為頻率搜索、跟蹤的處理依據(jù);另外還設(shè)計(jì)了逆變電路的開關(guān)管驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,保證控制系統(tǒng)的輸出信號安全可靠的驅(qū)動(dòng)逆變電路開關(guān)管。(3)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)在ZYNQ平臺上進(jìn)行控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),包括頻率搜索、頻率跟蹤和功率自適應(yīng)的算法的硬件電路實(shí)現(xiàn),降壓斬波電路和全橋逆變電路所需的驅(qū)動(dòng)信號實(shí)現(xiàn)。(4)在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上完成原型樣機(jī)硬件電路的制作測試和軟件程序的編寫調(diào)試,對實(shí)驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行理論分析后,針對問題修改軟硬件參數(shù),以滿足設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)要求。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的變頻式超聲波電源可以自動(dòng)搜索到頻域內(nèi)的諧振頻率點(diǎn),通過頻率跟蹤的方式間接改變阻抗匹配網(wǎng)絡(luò)以補(bǔ)償換能器的頻率漂移并鎖定系統(tǒng)在諧振狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial production automation, ultrasonic technology has been widely used in welding, cleaning, shearing, medical and other fields. As one of the core of ultrasonic technology, the development of ultrasonic power supply has changed greatly with the development of power electronics and digital control technology. However, most of the ultrasonic power sources on the market are special ultrasonic power supply, one power supply can only match the fixed transducer, which can not realize the phase-locked and frequency tracking in the broadband domain. Based on frequency tracking and impedance matching, a variable frequency ultrasonic power supply is designed in this paper. By means of frequency tracking, impedance matching in broadband domain is realized, and the prototype system is designed on ZYNQ platform. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the analysis of the equivalent circuit and impedance characteristics of ultrasonic transducer, the impedance matching method and the frequency searching basis are determined: the frequency tracking method is used to realize the dynamic regulation of impedance matching. The variable step size strategy is used to realize fast and accurate frequency search. (2) the main circuit of ultrasonic power supply is divided into several sub-modules for principle analysis and hardware circuit design. The output DC voltage amplitude can be adjusted by the step-down chopper circuit to achieve the purpose of power adaptation, and the inverter circuit uses the full-bridge topology to convert DC to frequency-adjustable AC signal. The matching network realizes the matching between the output of the inverter circuit and the transducer, and the feedback circuit processes the voltage and current signals of the transducer and sends it into the control system as the basis for frequency search and tracking. In addition, the switching tube drive circuit of inverter circuit is designed to ensure the output signal of the control system drive inverter circuit switch tube safely and reliably. (3) according to the design index, the control system is designed on ZYNQ platform, including frequency search. Hardware circuit implementation of frequency tracking and power adaptive algorithm, The realization of the driving signal of the step-down chopper circuit and the full-bridge inverter circuit. (4) on the basis of theoretical analysis, the prototype hardware circuit is made and tested and the software program is written and debugged. After theoretical analysis of the problems found in the experiment, the software and hardware parameters are modified to meet the design requirements. The experimental results show that the variable frequency ultrasonic power supply designed in this paper can automatically search the resonance frequency points in the frequency domain. The impedance matching network is indirectly changed by frequency tracking to compensate the frequency drift of the transducer and lock the system in the resonant state.
