牙刷真空吸塑包裝在自動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)上的焊接合格率提升方法研究

【摘要】:真空吸塑包裝在國內(nèi)牙刷品牌上的應(yīng)用十分普遍,這種方式從包裝的美觀性和保護(hù)的有效性、包裝的成本、生產(chǎn)的普及型和便利性、包裝工藝的自動(dòng)化程度等各個(gè)方面的綜合表現(xiàn)十分突出。中山某大型的牙刷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在采用牙刷全自動(dòng)焊接生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)過程中,遇到最大的問題就是吸塑油背卡的焊接問題,該項(xiàng)目的研究目標(biāo)是幫助該企業(yè)將焊接合格率從目前的90-95%提升至99.9%。牙刷真空吸塑包裝的焊接效果由生產(chǎn)過程中采用的原材料和生產(chǎn)工藝兩大方面所決定。原材料包括紙張、油墨、吸塑油和塑料片材。生產(chǎn)工藝包括吸塑油背卡的印刷和涂布工藝,以及牙刷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的焊接工藝。目前的研究主要集中在吸塑產(chǎn)品采用的紙張、油墨、吸塑油以及塑料片材的性能調(diào)整,但對(duì)吸塑產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝的研究寥寥無幾。本課題主要研究,當(dāng)各包裝材料性能穩(wěn)定的情況下,吸塑油的涂布工藝和牙刷生產(chǎn)的全自動(dòng)焊接工藝對(duì)其焊接合格率高低的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,由于吸塑油背卡存在一定的保質(zhì)期,吸塑的焊接效果會(huì)在吸塑油背卡儲(chǔ)存一定時(shí)間之后出現(xiàn)明顯下降。不同企業(yè)不同品牌不同種類的吸塑油保質(zhì)期是存在差異的,企業(yè)可通過人工加速老化試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行測試并可以通過吸塑剝離強(qiáng)度的力值變化進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。吸塑油的涂布過程中,二次涂布可明顯提高吸塑油背卡的抗老化性能,幫助企業(yè)達(dá)到更高的焊接合格率水平。在穩(wěn)定的吸塑油涂布工藝下,牙刷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)可以通過控制全自動(dòng)真空焊接機(jī)器的溫度、壓力和時(shí)間達(dá)到穩(wěn)定的焊接合格率水平。通過單因素分析和正交實(shí)驗(yàn)分析可得出,這幾個(gè)因素對(duì)吸塑剝離強(qiáng)度的影響優(yōu)先次序?yàn)?焊接邊寬度、焊接時(shí)間、溫度、壓力。最佳焊接效果的工藝條件是,焊接邊寬度6mm,熱封保壓時(shí)間1.7s、熱封溫度為190℃和熱封壓力180KPa。在保持焊接邊7mm不變的情況下,為提升產(chǎn)能可將熱封保壓時(shí)間調(diào)整至1.3s、熱封溫度調(diào)整至160℃和熱封壓力調(diào)整至210KPa,吸塑剝離強(qiáng)度和焊接合格率依然可以得到保證,可為企業(yè)提升產(chǎn)能17%。這些結(jié)論在中山該牙刷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中得以驗(yàn)證,焊接合格率達(dá)到項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)值99.9%。水性吸塑油和PET塑料片材因其良好的環(huán)保性能是未來材料的發(fā)展方向。當(dāng)材料發(fā)生升級(jí)換代時(shí)候,其對(duì)焊接合格率的影響可以采取本文研究成果進(jìn)行判定。
[Abstract]:Vacuum plastic packaging is widely used in domestic toothbrush brands. This method includes the beauty of packaging and the effectiveness of protection, the cost of packaging, the popularity and convenience of production. Packaging process automation and other aspects of the comprehensive performance is very prominent. The biggest problem encountered by a large toothbrush manufacturer in the production process of fully automatic welding of toothbrushes is the welding of suction oil back cards. The goal of the project is to help the company raise the welding pass rate from the current 90-95% to 99. 9%. The welding effect of vacuum suction packaging of toothbrush is determined by raw materials and production process. Raw materials include paper, ink, plastic oil and plastic sheets. The manufacturing process includes printing and coating process of absorbent oil back card and welding process of toothbrush manufacturer. At present, the research mainly focuses on the performance adjustment of paper, ink, absorbent oil and plastic sheet used in absorbent products, but the research on the production technology of absorbent products is very few. This paper mainly studies the influence of coating technology of absorbent oil and automatic welding process of toothbrush on the welding qualification rate when the performance of each packing material is stable. The experimental results show that the welding effect of the absorbent oil back card will decrease obviously after a certain period of storage due to the existence of a certain shelf life of the absorbent oil back card. The shelf life of different brands and different kinds of absorbent oil is different. The enterprises can be tested by artificial accelerated aging test and verified by the change of the force value of the absorptive stripping strength. In the process of coating the absorbent oil, the secondary coating can obviously improve the anti-aging performance of the absorbent oil back card, and help the enterprise to reach a higher level of welding qualification rate. Under the stable plastic oil coating process, the toothbrush manufacturer can control the temperature, pressure and time of the automatic vacuum welding machine to achieve a stable welding pass rate level. Through single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment, it can be concluded that the influence of these factors on the exfoliation strength is as follows: welding edge width, welding time, temperature and pressure. The optimum welding conditions are as follows: width of welding edge is 6mm, holding time of heat seal is 1.7 s, sealing temperature is 190 鈩,
