【摘要】：目的考察原料氮在木質(zhì)包裝材料中的分配規(guī)律。方法在固定床反應(yīng)器裝置上進(jìn)行快速熱解實(shí)驗(yàn),研究膠黏劑、實(shí)木木材和刨花板在不同溫度下的熱解產(chǎn)物分布和氣相產(chǎn)物成分分布;在熱裂解氣相色譜質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用系統(tǒng)上研究氮在各相產(chǎn)物之間,以及液相產(chǎn)物各組分之間的分布情況。結(jié)果原料中氮的含量和熱解溫度是影響氮在各相產(chǎn)物中分配的主要因素,且溫度越高,熱解氣相氮產(chǎn)量上升,炭氮和焦油氮的含量降低;熱解過程中,刨花板中氮通過自身裂解和木材組分發(fā)生交互反應(yīng)生成小分子和雜環(huán)氮結(jié)構(gòu),雜環(huán)氮結(jié)構(gòu)在高溫下會繼續(xù)裂解生成小分子,同時也會聚合生成多雜環(huán)氮結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)論溫度和施膠量是影響氮化合物成分分布的2個最主要因素。廢棄刨花板中的氮來源于脲醛樹脂和木材。在原料氮的裂解和聚合反應(yīng)方面有2條遷移路徑,一條路徑會通過裂解產(chǎn)生氨氣和炭氮,另一條路徑會生成可揮發(fā)的雜環(huán)氮。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of nitrogen in wood packaging materials. Methods Rapid pyrolysis experiments were carried out in a fixed bed reactor to study the distribution of pyrolysis products and gas phase components of adhesives, wood and particleboard at different temperatures. The distribution of nitrogen among phases and components in liquid phase was studied by pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). Results the nitrogen content and pyrolysis temperature in raw materials were the main factors affecting the distribution of nitrogen in various phase products, and the higher the temperature, the higher the gas nitrogen production and the lower the content of carbon nitrogen and tar nitrogen in pyrolysis process. Nitrogen in particleboard can form small molecule and heterocyclic nitrogen structure through self-cracking and wood component interaction reaction. Heterocyclic nitrogen structure will continue to break down to form small molecule at high temperature and also polymerize to form polyheterocyclic nitrogen structure. Conclusion temperature and sizing amount are the two most important factors affecting the distribution of nitrogen compounds. Nitrogen in waste particleboard comes from UF resin and wood. There are two transport pathways for the cracking and polymerization of nitrogen from feedstock. One pathway will produce ammonia and carbon nitrogen by cracking and the other path will produce volatile heterocyclic nitrogen.
