面向客戶需求的產(chǎn)品碳排放映射關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:With the global warming and other environmental problems becoming more and more serious, the awareness of human environmental protection is gradually raised. Green and low carbon gradually become the focus of attention of enterprises and customers. Controlling carbon emissions, reducing environmental pressure, achieving low carbon, sustainable development is very important. It is an important work in low carbon technology to set up a multi-level mapping model of product carbon emission for customer demand, and to construct a model of product carbon emission in product layer, function module layer analysis. In this paper, the acquisition method of customer green demand is studied, the collection template of customer green demand is constructed, the product green demand is analyzed, and the forecasting method of product green demand based on customer characteristics is put forward. The influence of customer characteristics on demand is analyzed by information gain quantification. On the basis of obtaining customer demand, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is used to determine the priority of customer green demand, and an improved QFDE method is introduced to transform customer green demand into the technical parameters of function module unit. The conversion of customer green requirement to the technical parameters of function module unit is realized. Based on the life cycle analysis method, the carbon emission model of product layer is established. The modularization idea is adopted to realize the mapping between product layer carbon emission and functional module carbon emission. Based on the sensitivity analysis, the mapping relationship between the change of product technical parameters and the change of carbon emission is studied for the module unit with large carbon emission. Based on the mapping relationship between the customer requirements and the technical parameters of the module unit, the requirements that have a greater impact on carbon emissions are identified and fed back to the customers. At the same time, the results of carbon emission analysis in product layer, functional module layer and parameter layer provide the direction for low carbon optimization. Finally, the method proposed in this paper is verified by taking the refrigerator product as an example.
