【摘要】：正智能包裝與活性包裝是包裝工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),也是全球包裝行業(yè)研發(fā)和應(yīng)用的重點(diǎn)。智能包裝新技術(shù)與活性包裝新材料的應(yīng)用,能改善包裝物條件的體系(通過釋放物質(zhì)、排除或抑SU),延長(zhǎng)包裝物使用壽命;提高衛(wèi)生安全性;改善氣味和口感特性的同時(shí)保證其品質(zhì)不變。利用新型的包裝材料、結(jié)構(gòu)與形式對(duì)商品的質(zhì)量和流通安全性進(jìn)行積極干預(yù)與保障,通過信息收集、管理、控制與處理技術(shù)完成對(duì)運(yùn)輸包裝系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)
[Abstract]:Positive intelligent packaging and active packaging are the development trend of packaging engineering technology, and are also the focus of global packaging industry research and application. The new technology of intelligent packaging and the application of new materials of active packaging can improve the system of packaging conditions (by releasing substances, excluding or inhibiting SU), prolonging the service life of packaging, improving the safety of hygiene and safety; Improve the smell and taste properties while ensuring that the quality remains the same. Using the new packaging materials, structure and form to actively intervene and guarantee the quality and circulation safety of the goods, and through the information collection, management, control and processing technology to complete the excellent transportation packaging system.
