堆垛鋼板用木托架的受力分析及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:目的對(duì)某鋼材公司現(xiàn)有田字型木托架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)優(yōu)化,獲得兼顧木托架承載性能與節(jié)約成本、降低使用木材資源的設(shè)計(jì)方法。方法通過建立田字型和外伸梁型(3縱梁×2橫梁)木托架的堆存工況力學(xué)模型,對(duì)木托架的受力情況進(jìn)行理論推導(dǎo)與研究,并根據(jù)結(jié)果制定出外伸梁型木托架的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案,并應(yīng)用有限元法對(duì)吊運(yùn)和多層堆存工況進(jìn)行仿真,求出木托架結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力響應(yīng),以檢驗(yàn)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案的正確性。結(jié)果采用外伸梁型木托架代替田字型的木托架在堆放工況下彎曲應(yīng)力低,相同的條件下外伸梁型木托架能夠承受田字型木托架所承載載荷,且成本更低。結(jié)論外伸梁型木托架更能節(jié)約木材和其他耗材,具有很好的實(shí)際工程價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the existing field type wood bracket structure of a steel company and optimize its structure to obtain a design method that takes account of the bearing capacity and cost saving of wood bracket and reduces the use of wood resources. Methods by establishing the mechanical model of the storage condition of field type and extension beam type (3 longitudinal beam 脳 2 cross beam), the mechanical model of the mechanical condition of the wood bracket was deduced and studied theoretically, and the optimum design scheme of the extended beam type wood bracket was worked out according to the results. The finite element method is used to simulate the hoisting and multi-layer storage conditions, and the stress response of the wooden bracket structure is obtained to verify the correctness of the optimal design scheme. Results the bending stress of the wood bracket with outstretched beam type instead of the field type is low under the stacking condition. Under the same condition, the extension beam type wood bracket can bear the load of the field type wood bracket, and the cost is lower. Conclusion Extended-beam bracket can save wood and other consumables and has good practical engineering value.
