基于單目標(biāo)解析法橡膠式扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器建模分析

【摘要】:扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器是削減發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)的重要裝置,其可有效削減扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng)對(duì)曲軸及動(dòng)力傳遞系統(tǒng)其他機(jī)構(gòu)的影響。采用傳統(tǒng)雙扭擺模型搭建扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器的數(shù)學(xué)模型,應(yīng)用單目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)解析法對(duì)橡膠式扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量、阻尼和扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì)。運(yùn)用MATLAB和ADAMS對(duì)安裝扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器前后傳動(dòng)軸在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)典型工況下的扭振特性進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;對(duì)安裝減振器的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)減振效果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于所研究的系統(tǒng),安裝橡膠式扭轉(zhuǎn)減振器的傳動(dòng)軸扭振振幅在許用范圍內(nèi)波動(dòng)均勻,保證傳動(dòng)軸的可靠安全運(yùn)行;且在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)臨界轉(zhuǎn)速和最大功率時(shí),減振器將傳動(dòng)軸的扭振角位移控制在許用振幅以下,橡膠式扭振減振器能夠達(dá)到更好的減振效果。
[Abstract]:Torsional shock absorber is an important device to reduce torsional vibration of engine. It can effectively reduce the influence of torsional vibration on crankshaft and other mechanisms of power transfer system. The mathematical model of torsional shock absorber is built with traditional twisting pendulum model. The structural parameters, moment of inertia, damping and torsional stiffness of rubber torsional damper are analyzed and designed by single objective design analytical method. MATLAB and ADAMS are used to compare the torsional vibration characteristics of the transmission shaft before and after the installation of the torsional shock absorber under typical conditions of the engine, and the vibration absorption effect of the transmission system installed with the damper is analyzed. The results show that, for the studied system, the torsional vibration amplitude of the transmission shaft installed with rubber torsion absorber fluctuates uniformly within the allowable range, which ensures the reliable and safe operation of the drive shaft, and at the critical speed and maximum power of the engine, The torsional angular displacement of the transmission shaft is controlled below the allowable amplitude by the shock absorber, and the rubber torsional vibration absorber can achieve better damping effect.
