R134a在水平環(huán)形通道內(nèi)的凝結(jié)換熱性能

【摘要】:在空氣源熱泵熱水器中,對(duì)水平套管冷凝器環(huán)形通道內(nèi)R134a的凝結(jié)換熱特性進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。在冷凝器不同進(jìn)水流量、進(jìn)水溫度時(shí),實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試了水平套管冷凝器凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)隨熱流密度、冷凝壓力及干度的變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)工況為:冷凝器的進(jìn)水流量為0.6~1.0 m~3/h,進(jìn)水溫度為15~60℃。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:水平環(huán)形通道內(nèi)R134a的凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)隨熱流密度和冷凝壓力(溫度)的升高而減小,當(dāng)冷凝壓力為1.3 MPa,熱流密度由18 k W/m2增加至20.5 k W/m~2時(shí),R134a的凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)減小了6.9%;當(dāng)熱流密度為15 k W/m~2,冷凝壓力由1.78 MPa增大至1.83 MPa時(shí),R134a的凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)減小了5.8%。R134a的局部凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)隨干度的增大而增大,當(dāng)冷凝壓力為1.1 MPa,熱流密度為18.3 k W/m~2,制冷劑干度由0.1增大至0.9時(shí),R134a的局部凝結(jié)換熱系數(shù)增大了24.4%。
