采用DOE實驗設(shè)計方法改進(jìn)電容器級鈮粉酸洗工藝

【摘要】:采用DOE實驗設(shè)計方法,對制備電容器用鈮粉的酸洗除雜工藝進(jìn)行研究,確定了影響鈮粉性能的關(guān)鍵因素是酸洗除雜工藝使用酸的濃度和酸洗時間。通過關(guān)鍵因素的全因子正交試驗,對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行量化分析,確定最佳的酸洗工藝,可有效減低和控制電容器級鈮粉中的主要C、O非金屬及Fe、Ni、Cr金屬雜質(zhì)含量,降低電容器級鈮粉的漏電流和損耗,提高電容器級鈮粉的性能。
[Abstract]:The acid pickling process for the preparation of niobium powder for capacitors was studied by means of DOE experimental design. The key factors affecting the performance of niobium powder were the concentration of acid and the pickling time. By means of the all-factor orthogonal test of the key factors, the product quality and technological parameters were analyzed quantitatively, and the optimum pickling process was determined, which can effectively reduce and control the main metal impurities in the condenser grade niobium powder, such as Con O nonmetal and Fe,Ni,Cr metal impurity. The leakage current and loss of capacitor grade niobium powder are reduced, and the performance of capacitor grade niobium powder is improved.
