基于可靠性約束的衰退設(shè)備動態(tài)預(yù)防性維護(hù)模型

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)階段衰退設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)策略通常只考慮單一因素對維護(hù)策略的影響,而忽略多因素對維護(hù)費(fèi)用影響的問題,分析了維護(hù)次數(shù)與可靠度兩因素對維護(hù)策略的影響.以維護(hù)費(fèi)用最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),構(gòu)建衰退設(shè)備的動態(tài)預(yù)防性維護(hù)模型.在模型的建立過程中,首次提出了設(shè)備可靠度與失效率的關(guān)系.最后通過算例分析,驗證了模型的合理性和有效性,為衰退設(shè)備可靠性約束下的動態(tài)預(yù)防維護(hù)策略問題提供了一種新的方法.
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the preventive maintenance strategy of declining equipment usually only considers the influence of a single factor on the maintenance policy, but neglects the influence of multiple factors on the maintenance cost, this paper analyzes the influence of maintenance times and reliability on the maintenance strategy. Taking the minimum maintenance cost as the objective function, the dynamic preventive maintenance model of recession equipment is constructed. In the process of establishing the model, the relationship between equipment reliability and failure rate is put forward for the first time. Finally, the rationality and validity of the model are verified by an example, which provides a new method for dynamic preventive maintenance strategy under reliability constraints.
