【摘要】：在國家倡導(dǎo)淘汰落后產(chǎn)能的大背景下,針對目前我國汽車工業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對汽車零部件生產(chǎn)提出了一個(gè)新的要求,設(shè)計(jì)一種新型高效的汽車隔音墊成型生產(chǎn)設(shè)備以滿足市場需求。對設(shè)計(jì)的汽車隔音墊成型機(jī)液壓控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,采用了充液閥、比例換向閥作為主要元件,設(shè)計(jì)差動(dòng)回路來提升液壓缸速度。
[Abstract]:Against the background of the state advocating the elimination of backward production capacity, and in view of the booming development of China's automobile industry, a new requirement has been put forward for the production of automobile parts. In order to meet the market demand, a new and efficient production equipment for automobile sound insulation molding is designed. The working principle and characteristics of the hydraulic control system of the automobile soundproof pad molding machine are analyzed. The hydraulic cylinder speed is increased by using the filling valve and the proportional directional valve as the main components.
