草帽山隧道爆破振動監(jiān)測與分析

【摘要】:隧道洞口段往往受到淺埋、偏壓等復(fù)雜地形地質(zhì)條件的影響,巖石較破碎,圍巖不穩(wěn)定,其爆破施工是隧道施工的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)。新建京張高鐵草帽山隧道進(jìn)口洞身106 m長范圍為淺埋偏壓段,圍巖級別為Ⅴ級。在進(jìn)口段進(jìn)行了17次有效的爆破振動速度現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測,通過線性擬合得到合理的薩道夫斯基公式中的系數(shù),計(jì)算出爆破施工時(shí)的最大單響藥量為54.07 kg。對實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行傅里葉變換得到爆破振動的頻譜曲線,從中可知:爆破地震波主頻率隨著爆心距的增大而減小,隨著單響最大藥量的增大而減小。為了避免出現(xiàn)共振現(xiàn)象,建議爆破施工時(shí)避免多段雷管同時(shí)起爆,并嚴(yán)格控制最大單響藥量。
