可降解材料在包裝設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用探討

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展以及人民生活質(zhì)量的提高,人們對商品的需求量不斷增加,這直接帶動了對商品包裝的需求。改革開放以來,中國包裝工業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛。同時(shí),隨著各國對生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的關(guān)注,包裝行業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展與做好環(huán)保工作已經(jīng)成為政府和包裝行業(yè)日益重視的一個(gè)問題。設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)出可降解的環(huán)境友好型包裝材料,是保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧相處的重要途徑,已成為發(fā)達(dá)國家包裝行業(yè)的共識。本文首先通過分析可降解材料的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出可降解包裝材料所富有的特性。同時(shí)通過分析包裝的概念、功能與作用及結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)出通過對包裝材料的運(yùn)用,包裝可以達(dá)到保護(hù)商品、促進(jìn)銷售同時(shí)符合可降解原則的效果。聯(lián)系本文主題,可降解材料如果要成為包裝材料,必須符合包裝對可降解材料提出的幾個(gè)性能要求。進(jìn)一步通過聯(lián)系現(xiàn)有可降解材料作為包裝材料的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),我們分析各種可降解材料特有屬性。在現(xiàn)有可降解包裝材料應(yīng)用環(huán)境下,分析現(xiàn)有可降解材料包裝設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,總結(jié)出可降解材料作為包裝材料的選擇原則。在可降解包裝設(shè)計(jì)過程中,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的運(yùn)用與優(yōu)化也取得了一定的突破。通過研究在包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中的現(xiàn)有案例,總結(jié)出了包裝結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的一些演變歷程。從傳統(tǒng)可降解材料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)探索,在宏觀層面感受結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的探索;到復(fù)合可降解材料的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新,感受到微觀結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新同樣也能改變包裝材料的結(jié)構(gòu)屬性,提高包裝效能;再到新時(shí)期傳統(tǒng)包裝的結(jié)構(gòu)再創(chuàng)新,體現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的重要性。最后通過聯(lián)系包裝與可降解材料特性,包裝對可降解材料提出的性能要求,可降解材料的分類與選擇以及現(xiàn)有可降解材料包裝設(shè)計(jì)的歷程;我們設(shè)計(jì)出了一款新型可降解雞蛋包裝——壓縮秸稈雞蛋包裝。聯(lián)系以上設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則與性能要求,壓縮秸稈雞蛋包裝盒達(dá)到包裝設(shè)計(jì)的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living quality, people's demand for commodities has been increasing, which has directly led to the demand for commodity packaging. Since the reform and opening up, China's packaging industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, with the attention of countries to the ecological environment problems, the green development of packaging industry and environmental protection work have been done well. The design and development of degradable environment-friendly packaging materials is an important way to protect the ecological environment, promote sustainable economic development, and achieve harmony between man and nature. This paper first analyzes the degradable materials. At the same time, through the analysis of the concept, function and structure of packaging, it is concluded that through the use of packaging materials, packaging can achieve the effect of protecting commodities, promoting sales and conforming to the principle of degradability. Material must meet the performance requirements of packaging for degradable materials. Further, by linking the existing degradable materials as packaging materials, we analyze the unique properties of various degradable materials. Under the existing degradable packaging materials application environment, we analyze the existing degradable materials packaging design examples, and summarize the degradable materials. Material is the selection principle of packaging materials. In the process of degradable packaging design, the application and optimization of structural design have also made some breakthroughs. By studying the existing cases in the design of packaging structures, the paper summarizes the evolution of packaging structural design. Structural design exploration; to composite degradable material structure optimization innovation, feel that microstructure innovation can also change the structure of packaging materials properties, improve packaging efficiency; to the new era of traditional packaging structure innovation, reflect the importance of structural design. The performance requirements of degradable materials, the classification and selection of degradable materials, and the packaging design process of existing degradable materials are discussed. We have designed a new degradable egg packaging-compressed straw egg packaging.
