A型分子篩膜的制備及其對(duì)乙酸乙酯-水體系的分離性能

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)乙酸乙酯-水體系的低能耗高效分離,采用雙晶種熱浸漬法合成具有高分離因子的A型分子篩膜.在α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管表面先在180℃熱浸漬涂敷平均粒徑約為2.0μm的大晶種填補(bǔ)陶瓷管的孔道缺陷,再在70℃下涂敷平均粒徑約為0.4μm的小晶種作為分子篩膜生長(zhǎng)的活性中心.通過70℃條件下水熱晶化6h合成的A型分子篩膜結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)整,表面致密,厚度約為10μm.對(duì)乙酸乙酯-水體系進(jìn)行滲透汽化分離,在操作溫度為110℃條件下,原料中含水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為3%時(shí),滲透?jìng)?cè)水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為99.68%,分離因子約為10 000,水通量為1.72kg/(m~2·h);通過滲透汽化分離后滲余液乙酸乙酯產(chǎn)品中水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)可降至0.02%,達(dá)到乙酸乙酯優(yōu)等品的國(guó)標(biāo)要求,此時(shí)滲透液水質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為99.23%,A型分子篩膜的分離因子可達(dá)210 000.
