薄壁構(gòu)件橫截面不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的通用求和公式

【摘要】:薄壁構(gòu)件橫截面不對(duì)稱參數(shù)是計(jì)算彎扭屈曲臨界彎矩的重要幾何參數(shù)之一。該文推導(dǎo)了非形心主軸坐標(biāo)系下不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的積分公式,由不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的積分公式推導(dǎo)了不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的通用求和公式,進(jìn)而化簡得到單軸對(duì)稱截面不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的求和公式。采用不對(duì)稱參數(shù)的通用求和公式推導(dǎo)了部分常用截面的β_x和(或)β_y的精確計(jì)算式或近似計(jì)算式,并對(duì)我國現(xiàn)行國標(biāo)GB 50017-2003和GB 50018-2002、美國2013版AISI設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)和SSRC協(xié)會(huì)的穩(wěn)定設(shè)計(jì)指導(dǎo)、澳大利亞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)AS/NZS 4600:2005等現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)中β_x和(或)β_y計(jì)算式的精度進(jìn)行了判定。研究表明,不對(duì)稱參數(shù)通用求和公式的形式簡單、計(jì)算可靠、便于應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Asymmetric cross-section parameters of thin-walled members are one of the important geometric parameters for calculating critical bending moment of bending and torsional buckling. In this paper, the integral formula of asymmetrical parameters in non-centroid spindle coordinate system is derived. The general sum formula of asymmetric parameters is derived from the integral formula of asymmetric parameters, and then the sum formula of asymmetric parameters of uniaxial symmetric cross-section is obtained. By using the general summation formula of asymmetrical parameters, the exact formulas or approximate formulas of 尾 -AX and / or 尾 -Stup _ y of some commonly used sections are derived, and the guidance for the stability design of GB 50017-2003 and GB 50018-2002, the 2013 edition AISI design manual of the United States and the SSRC Association is given. The accuracy of the calculation formula of 尾 _ S _ x and / or 尾 _ s _ y in the existing literature of Australian standard AS/NZS 4600: 2005 has been determined. The results show that the general summation formula of asymmetric parameters is simple in form, reliable in calculation and convenient in application.
