【摘要】：德國(guó)工程力學(xué)大師馬格努斯(Kurt Magnus,1912—2003)于1912年生于德國(guó)的馬格德堡(Magdeburg).1932年畢業(yè)于哥廷根大學(xué).歷任哥廷根大學(xué)講師,斯圖加特工業(yè)大學(xué)教授,慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)教授和力學(xué)研究所所長(zhǎng),德國(guó)力學(xué)期刊Archive of Applied Mechanics的主編,直至1980年退休.2003年以91歲高齡病逝于慕尼黑.馬格努斯是德國(guó)工程動(dòng)力學(xué)學(xué)科當(dāng)之無愧的引領(lǐng)人.他和他的學(xué)生在德國(guó)工程動(dòng)力學(xué)領(lǐng)域引領(lǐng)了一代發(fā)展進(jìn)程.文中簡(jiǎn)要敘述馬格努斯在剛體動(dòng)力學(xué)、陀螺力學(xué)、多體系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)等學(xué)科以及力學(xué)教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的杰出貢獻(xiàn).
[Abstract]:Kurt Magnusn 1912-2003, a German master of engineering mechanics, was born in (Magdeburg)., Germany, in 1912, and graduated from the University of Gottingen in 1932. Lecturer at the University of Gottingen, Professor of Stuttgart University of Technology, Professor and Director of the Institute of Mechanics, Munich University of Technology, editor of the German journal Archive of Applied Mechanics, until his retirement in 1980. He died in Munich at the age of 91 in 2003. Magnus is a well-deserved leader in engineering dynamics in Germany. He and his students have led a generation of developments in the field of engineering dynamics in Germany. This paper briefly describes Magnus' outstanding contributions in the fields of rigid body dynamics, gyrodynamics, multi-body system dynamics and mechanics education.
