【摘要】：在以用戶為中心的交互設(shè)計如此盛行的今天,如何準(zhǔn)確的把握用戶需求成為產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新最關(guān)鍵的因素。產(chǎn)品的交互設(shè)計以提供良好的功能服務(wù)和創(chuàng)造良好的體驗為目標(biāo)。所有的設(shè)計都是和用戶的期望和潛在需求密切相關(guān)的。對設(shè)計師而言,良好的設(shè)計能力不僅體現(xiàn)在交互產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)出物上,同時挖掘用戶需求的水平也成為一條重要的指標(biāo)。對用戶無意識行為的研究在交互界面設(shè)計中的運(yùn)用中將提供一種新的思路。 本文試圖從認(rèn)知學(xué)與心理學(xué)出發(fā),研究無意識行為在交互設(shè)計中的意義,從一種全新的角度研究交互設(shè)計。以往的用戶研究多集中于從用戶顯性需求出發(fā),挖掘外在的表象行為,而用戶絕大部分需求來源于隱形需求。通過對生活中人們大量的無意識行為的研究來分析無意識行為的特征、表現(xiàn),無意識行為與有意識行為的轉(zhuǎn)化以及無意識行為在設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用。由于人們大部分的無意識行為的發(fā)生具有隱蔽性、情境性,對它的研究探討不僅利于挖掘用戶的潛在需求,同時也能為設(shè)計師提供一種全新的設(shè)計契機(jī)。針對界面交互設(shè)計研究,結(jié)合無意識行為在設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用分析,闡述無意識行為在交互界面設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用價值：減少用戶的認(rèn)知負(fù)擔(dān),滿足用戶的隱形需求和潛在需求以及有效的傳達(dá)含蓄的情感等。 最終把設(shè)計理論應(yīng)用于設(shè)計實踐,通過觀察用戶的無意識行為發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶的隱形需求,從“順應(yīng)用戶的自然行為”出發(fā)設(shè)計出一款由用戶無意識行為就能觸發(fā)交互方式的產(chǎn)品,將無意識行為應(yīng)用于界面設(shè)計中,在實踐中繼續(xù)進(jìn)一步探討交互設(shè)計方法。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of user-centered interactive design, how to accurately grasp the user's needs has become the most critical factor in product innovation. Product interaction design is aimed at providing good functional services and creating good experiences. All designs are closely related to user expectations and potential needs. For designers, good design ability is not only reflected in the output of interactive products, but also the level of user needs has become an important indicator. The application of user unconscious behavior in interactive interface design will provide a new way of thinking. This paper attempts to study the significance of unconscious behavior in interaction design from the perspective of cognitive science and psychology, and to study interaction design from a new perspective. Previous user studies have focused on mining external representation behavior from the user's explicit needs, and most of the user's needs are derived from hidden requirements. Through the study of a large number of unconscious behaviors in life, this paper analyzes the characteristics, manifestations, the transformation between unconscious and conscious behaviors and the application of unconscious behaviors in design. Because most of people's unconscious behavior is hidden and situational, the research on it is not only conducive to excavating the potential needs of users, but also provides a new design opportunity for designers. Based on the research of interface interaction design and the application analysis of unconscious behavior in design, this paper expounds the application value of unconscious behavior in interactive interface design: reducing the cognitive burden of users. Meet the user's hidden and potential needs as well as effectively convey implicit emotions and so on. Finally, the design theory is applied to the design practice. By observing the user's unconscious behavior, the author finds out the user's hidden demand, and designs a product that can trigger the interaction by the user's unconscious behavior from the view of "conforming to the user's natural behavior". The unconscious behavior is applied to interface design, and the interactive design method is further discussed in practice.
