枕形包裝機橫封器的性能研究

【摘要】:目前,包裝機械總體上趨于高速、高效、高質(zhì)量的發(fā)展,,橫封技術(shù)作為枕形包裝機的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一嚴(yán)重制約著枕形包裝機的發(fā)展。橫封器是橫封技術(shù)具體的體現(xiàn),橫封器的質(zhì)量影響著整個包裝機的性能。 分析了目前常見橫封器的結(jié)構(gòu)功能特點,并且指出橫封器存在的問題。往復(fù)式橫封器橫封速度慢、包裝效率低;旋轉(zhuǎn)式橫封器橫封時間不足、包裝強度差,同時由于旋轉(zhuǎn)式橫封器的包裝速度高,存在機構(gòu)沖擊、振動的問題。 旋轉(zhuǎn)往復(fù)式橫封器是一種新型的橫封器,國內(nèi)在相關(guān)方面的研究很少。旋轉(zhuǎn)往復(fù)式橫封器的運動軌跡是類似D形的曲線,D形的曲線的直線部分可以有效延長熱封時間,改善熱封質(zhì)量。本文建立了旋轉(zhuǎn)往復(fù)式橫封器的運動學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)模型和運動控制程序,進行了運動學(xué)仿真分析。 機構(gòu)運動精度是為影響機械產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、壽命和可靠性的重要因素,通過機構(gòu)可靠性設(shè)計可以提高機構(gòu)運動精度的可靠性。本文對旋轉(zhuǎn)往復(fù)式橫封機構(gòu)可靠性靈敏度進行了研究,得到了不同機構(gòu)參數(shù)對機構(gòu)運動精度可靠性的影響,為機構(gòu)的設(shè)計、制造提供了理論依據(jù)。 對于要求熱封時間短的包裝,旋轉(zhuǎn)式橫封器仍然具有很強的適用性。旋轉(zhuǎn)式橫封器是一種橫封速度最高的橫封器,機構(gòu)的偏心質(zhì)量在高速的情況下會產(chǎn)生了極大的慣性力。本文附加配重的方法對機構(gòu)進行動力學(xué)平衡,建立了機構(gòu)動力學(xué)平衡的優(yōu)化模型。優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明,機構(gòu)的動力性能總體上有一定的提高。
[Abstract]:At present, packaging machinery is developing with high speed, high efficiency and high quality. As one of the key technologies of pillow packing machine, the development of pillow packing machine is seriously restricted. The horizontal seal is the concrete embodiment of the horizontal seal technology, the quality of the horizontal seal affects the performance of the whole packaging machine. The structural and functional characteristics of the common horizontal seals are analyzed, and the existing problems of the horizontal seals are pointed out. The speed of horizontal seal of reciprocating transverse seal is slow and the packing efficiency is low, and the time of transverse seal of rotary type is insufficient and the packaging strength is poor. At the same time, because of the high packing speed of rotary transverse seal, there are problems of mechanism shock and vibration. Rotary reciprocating transverse seal is a new type of horizontal seal. The moving track of the rotary reciprocating transverse seal is similar to that of the D shape curve and the straight line part of the D shape curve can effectively prolong the heat seal time and improve the heat seal quality. In this paper, the kinematics mathematical model and motion control program of the rotary reciprocating horizontal seal are established, and the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out. The kinematic accuracy of the mechanism is an important factor affecting the quality, life and reliability of mechanical products. The reliability of the mechanism can be improved by the reliability design of the mechanism. In this paper, the reliability sensitivity of rotary reciprocating transverse seal mechanism is studied, and the influence of different mechanism parameters on the kinematic accuracy reliability of the mechanism is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of the mechanism. For the package with short heat sealing time, the rotary transverse seal still has a strong applicability. Rotary transverse seal is a kind of transverse seal with the highest speed. The eccentric mass of the mechanism will produce a great inertia force at high speed. In this paper, the dynamic equilibrium of the mechanism is carried out by the method of adding counterweight, and the optimization model of the dynamic equilibrium of the mechanism is established. The optimization results show that the dynamic performance of the mechanism is improved.
