基于3-RPC并聯(lián)機構(gòu)的三維振動隔離系統(tǒng)的動力學(xué)建模與控制研究

【摘要】:基于車體振動的特點提出一種應(yīng)用于車載設(shè)備的三維隔振系統(tǒng),建立了該系統(tǒng)的半主動模糊最優(yōu)控制模型,并通過實驗驗證了該多維隔振系統(tǒng)的性能。該系統(tǒng)通過使用磁流變(MR)阻尼器與彈簧組成的隔振子系統(tǒng)代替3-RPC(旋轉(zhuǎn)副-平移副-螺旋副)并聯(lián)機構(gòu)中的驅(qū)動器實現(xiàn)空間三維振動隔離?刂颇P徒Y(jié)合了H∞狀態(tài)反饋控制方法和MR阻尼器的工作原理得到阻尼器的可輸出控制力,并通過模糊模型計算得到MR阻尼器的輸入電流。設(shè)計制造了一套振動隔離實驗平臺,并采用正弦信號和隨機信號進行振動實驗完成了對平臺的隔振性能的驗證。通過測量上平臺的振動加速度表明此隔振系統(tǒng)具有良好的隔振效果。
