基于3-RPC并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的三維振動(dòng)隔離系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)建模與控制研究

【摘要】:基于車體振動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)提出一種應(yīng)用于車載設(shè)備的三維隔振系統(tǒng),建立了該系統(tǒng)的半主動(dòng)模糊最優(yōu)控制模型,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該多維隔振系統(tǒng)的性能。該系統(tǒng)通過使用磁流變(MR)阻尼器與彈簧組成的隔振子系統(tǒng)代替3-RPC(旋轉(zhuǎn)副-平移副-螺旋副)并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)中的驅(qū)動(dòng)器實(shí)現(xiàn)空間三維振動(dòng)隔離?刂颇P徒Y(jié)合了H∞狀態(tài)反饋控制方法和MR阻尼器的工作原理得到阻尼器的可輸出控制力,并通過模糊模型計(jì)算得到MR阻尼器的輸入電流。設(shè)計(jì)制造了一套振動(dòng)隔離實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并采用正弦信號(hào)和隨機(jī)信號(hào)進(jìn)行振動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)完成了對(duì)平臺(tái)的隔振性能的驗(yàn)證。通過測(cè)量上平臺(tái)的振動(dòng)加速度表明此隔振系統(tǒng)具有良好的隔振效果。
