【摘要】：為解決傳統(tǒng)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中容錯(cuò)性較低、難適應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意改變的問題,創(chuàng)建了基于知情構(gòu)造理論的混合交叉新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模型。在層次分析法的基礎(chǔ)上,采用遞階質(zhì)量屋得到關(guān)于整體顧客滿意度的材料屬性綜合權(quán)重值,作為下一步材料選擇的基礎(chǔ);通過逼近理想解排序法(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)計(jì)算備選材料與最優(yōu)材料的貼合度,結(jié)合整體顧客滿意度的材料屬性綜合權(quán)重值,建立最終的材料組合滿意度排序。闡述了運(yùn)用基于知情構(gòu)造理論的混合交叉新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)模型進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)勢(shì),并對(duì)激光打印機(jī)外殼選材設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low fault tolerance in the process of traditional new product development and difficult to adapt to the change of design creativity, a hybrid cross new product development model based on the theory of informed construction was established. On the basis of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the comprehensive weight value of material attributes about overall customer satisfaction is obtained by using hierarchical quality House, which is the basis of material selection in the next step. By means of the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution TOPSIS, the adhesion degree between the alternative material and the optimal material is calculated, and the final ranking of the material combination satisfaction is established by combining the comprehensive weight value of the material attributes of the overall customer satisfaction. The advantages of product innovation design based on the mixed cross new product development model based on the theory of informed construction are expounded, and the material selection design of laser printer shell is studied, and the feasibility of this method is verified.
