超低溫離心式冷壓縮機(jī)通流部分設(shè)計(jì)與分析
[Abstract]:The total pressure ratio of the cold compressor is 15, the design is three stage series operation, the design pressure ratio is 3.2U 2.5N 1.875, and the compressed working medium is ultra-low temperature negative pressure helium gas. Through aerodynamic calculation and simulation optimization, reasonable rotational speed and geometric parameters of three-stage cold compressor are obtained. Through CFD simulation calculation, the flow rate, pressure ratio and isentropic efficiency of the three-stage cold compressor under the design condition are obtained. Taking the first stage as an example, the internal simulated flow field of the compressor is analyzed. It is shown that the pressure distribution of the flow field in the design cold compressor is uniform and there is no large flow separation and shock wave. By selecting a large number of working conditions to simulate and calculate the cold compressor at all levels, the predicted working performance curves of all levels are obtained. The results show that the design at all levels can meet the requirements of increasing the flow range with the increase of the series, and the target working conditions of all levels are within the range of high efficiency of the level, which can meet the design objectives.
