紙瓦楞夾層板的壓縮變形與塑性吸能特性研究

【摘要】:目的研究在不同壓縮速率下紙瓦楞夾層板的壓縮變形與塑性吸能特性。方法利用Hoff夾層板、正交各向異性彈性薄板理論和工程梁理論,研究瓦楞夾層板的橫向壓縮位移,分析瓦楞芯層的壓縮變形模式及塑性吸能特性,提出芯層結(jié)構(gòu)的壓潰強(qiáng)度模型,并通過靜態(tài)壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果B型、C型紙瓦楞夾層板的壓潰強(qiáng)度理論預(yù)測(cè)值分別為0.1195,0.0612 MPa,在1,12,18,48 mm/min的壓縮速率下,B型紙瓦楞夾層板的壓潰強(qiáng)度分別為0.1011,0.1071,0.1048,0.1075 MPa,C型紙瓦楞夾層板的壓潰強(qiáng)度分別為0.0462,0.0640,0.0475,0.0451 MPa。結(jié)論低應(yīng)變率(低壓縮率)條件下,紙瓦楞夾層板的橫向壓縮性能影響基本不變,彈性強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、壓潰強(qiáng)度等基本相同。對(duì)于相同的材質(zhì),幾何參數(shù)對(duì)紙瓦楞夾層板的壓縮性能和塑性吸能影響較大。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the compression deformation and plastic energy absorption characteristics of paper corrugated sandwich plates at different compression rates. Methods using Hoff sandwich plate, orthotropic elastic thin plate theory and engineering beam theory, the transverse compression displacement of corrugated sandwich plate is studied, and the compression deformation mode and plastic energy absorption characteristics of corrugated core layer are analyzed. The crushing strength model of core structure is put forward, and the static compression experiment is carried out. Results the theoretical prediction values of the collapsing strength of B type paper corrugated sandwich plate were 0.1195 ~ 0.0612 MPa, respectively, and the crushing strength of B type paper corrugated sandwich board was 0.1011 ~ 0.1071 ~ 0.104 ~ (-1) ~ 0.1075 MPa / a at a compression rate of 1 ~ 12 ~ 1848 mm/min, respectively, and the crashing strength of B type paper corrugated sandwich plate was 0.04622 / 0.0640,0.04750.0451MPa, respectively. Conclusion under the condition of low strain rate (low compression ratio), the influence of transverse compression properties of paper corrugated sandwich plate is basically unchanged, and the elastic strength, yield strength and crushing strength are basically the same. For the same material, geometric parameters have a great effect on the compression performance and plastic energy absorption of the corrugated paper sandwich.
