【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)醫(yī)療更加重視,醫(yī)院是人們就醫(yī)的主要場(chǎng)所,醫(yī)院中醫(yī)療器械的使用也直接影響到了病患的康復(fù)效果,醫(yī)療推車的使用覆蓋了醫(yī)院各各科室,推車使用也覆蓋了醫(yī)院的每個(gè)角落,成為醫(yī)院轉(zhuǎn)移病患,藥品,醫(yī)療器械的主要中介。移動(dòng)醫(yī)療平移推車在醫(yī)院中的作用是運(yùn)輸藥品和醫(yī)療器械,本文通過(guò)對(duì)相應(yīng)的模塊進(jìn)行分析,提出相應(yīng)匹配方式。通過(guò)對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療平移推車的人機(jī)工程學(xué)的分析,提出其外觀設(shè)計(jì)的基本特點(diǎn),在基于人體不同部位的尺寸分析,設(shè)計(jì)出較為符合人機(jī)工程學(xué)的產(chǎn)品�；谝苿�(dòng)互聯(lián)方面的知識(shí),提出較為適合移動(dòng)醫(yī)療平移推車的智能化的相關(guān)應(yīng)用需求�；谥悄茚t(yī)療平移推車的設(shè)計(jì)提出較為可以增加醫(yī)療表帶的設(shè)計(jì)�；谇楦谢拖盗谢O(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合知識(shí)工程的研究方法對(duì)市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有的智能醫(yī)療平移推車產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行評(píng)估,找出現(xiàn)有推車在情感化和系列化設(shè)計(jì)中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足,進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析。論文基于公司實(shí)際項(xiàng)目,結(jié)合所學(xué)的人機(jī)工程學(xué),形態(tài)美學(xué),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí),對(duì)智能醫(yī)療平移推車設(shè)計(jì)提出較為創(chuàng)新的設(shè)計(jì)方法。結(jié)合推車生產(chǎn)中的各各環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造的加工流程和生產(chǎn)工藝,如塑料件和鈑金件的加工工藝,進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的論述。對(duì)加工的零部件,導(dǎo)軌和升降機(jī)的合理裝配簡(jiǎn)要論述。醫(yī)療推車的設(shè)計(jì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展還在起步階段,國(guó)際大公司早已有了自己領(lǐng)先的科研實(shí)力,國(guó)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)很大,國(guó)外產(chǎn)品也都瞄準(zhǔn)了國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)。在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇的今天,國(guó)內(nèi)智能醫(yī)療推車產(chǎn)業(yè)也應(yīng)該得到迅速發(fā)展,設(shè)計(jì)師們不應(yīng)該把設(shè)計(jì)停留在紙上。勇于把自己的設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)制造手段表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more attention to medical treatment. Hospitals are the main places where people seek medical treatment. The use of medical devices in hospitals also directly affects the rehabilitation effect of patients. The use of medical carts covers all departments of hospitals. Trolley use also covers every corner of the hospital and serves as the primary intermediary for the transfer of patients, medicines, and medical devices. The function of mobile medical translation cart in hospital is to transport drugs and medical devices. This paper analyzes the corresponding modules and puts forward the corresponding matching methods. Based on the analysis of the ergonomics of the mobile medical translation cart, the basic features of its exterior design are put forward. Based on the size analysis of different parts of the human body, the products which are more suitable for the ergonomics are designed. Based on the knowledge of mobile interconnection, the intelligent application requirements of mobile medical translation cart are put forward. Based on the design of intelligent medical translation cart, it is proposed that the design of medical strap can be increased. Based on the theory of emotional and serial design and the research method of knowledge engineering, this paper evaluates the existing intelligent medical translation cart products in the market, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the cart in the emotional and serial design. Carry on the design analysis. Based on the actual project of the company, combined with the relevant knowledge of ergonomics, morphology aesthetics and structure design, this paper puts forward a more innovative design method for the intelligent medical translation cart design. Combined with the various links in the production of carts, this paper briefly discusses the process and production process of production and manufacture, such as plastic parts and sheet metal parts. The reasonable assembly of parts, guideways and elevators is briefly discussed. At present, the design of medical cart is still in its infancy at home. The international companies have already had their own leading scientific research strength, the domestic market is very large, and the foreign products are also aimed at the domestic market. With the increasing competition in the market, the domestic intelligent medical cart industry should also be rapidly developed, designers should not stay on paper design. The courage to make their own design through the means of expression.
