下意識(shí)行為在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:下意識(shí)行為是一種人不自覺(jué)地行為趨向,它是一種不經(jīng)意的客觀行為,由人在長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的日常生活中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、心理作用、本能反應(yīng)、心理和情感暗示等作用下而引發(fā)的。產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)師通過(guò)對(duì)用戶(hù)生理及情緒狀態(tài)的了解,把握用戶(hù)的內(nèi)心需求,分析用戶(hù)的下意識(shí)行為模式,將對(duì)下意識(shí)行為的分析結(jié)果運(yùn)用于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,而這正是發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶(hù)需求、提供設(shè)計(jì)方法、解決人機(jī)矛盾的過(guò)程。 下意識(shí)行為具有非理性、內(nèi)隱性、本能性、經(jīng)驗(yàn)性、情緒性和普遍性等特征。對(duì)下意識(shí)行為的研究有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)者的隱性需求,為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供心智模型,并能賦予設(shè)計(jì)以情感。下意識(shí)行為在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用對(duì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)具有導(dǎo)向性的作用,并能促使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)引導(dǎo)使用行為。對(duì)下意識(shí)行為在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用,需充分考量人體特征參數(shù)、用戶(hù)本質(zhì)需求、用戶(hù)情緒與習(xí)慣尺度,以及行為適應(yīng)技術(shù)等人機(jī)要素,并在色彩、材質(zhì)、形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)上密切聯(lián)系下意識(shí)行為,從而使產(chǎn)品功能具有激發(fā)下意識(shí)行為的因素。通過(guò)下意識(shí)行為的研究,使設(shè)計(jì)模型和用戶(hù)模型容易達(dá)到基本的一致性,人在自然匹配的狀態(tài)下能夠順利完成產(chǎn)品操作,這樣既能減輕人們的操作麻煩又能減少錯(cuò)誤操作的可能性,,使產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)貼近生活,開(kāi)創(chuàng)了一個(gè)創(chuàng)造性的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:Subconscious behavior is a kind of unconscious behavior tendency, it is a kind of casual objective behavior, caused by the experience, psychological function, instinct reaction, psychological and emotional hint of human being in daily life for a long time. Through understanding the physiological and emotional state of the user, the product designer grasps the user's inner demand, analyzes the user's subconscious behavior pattern, and applies the analysis result of the subconscious behavior to the product design, which is exactly the discovery of the user's demand. Provides the design method, solves the human-machine contradiction the process. Subconscious behavior is irrational, implicit, instinctive, empirical, emotional and universal. The study of subconscious behavior can help to discover the hidden needs of consumers, provide mental model for product design, and give design emotion. The application of subconscious behavior in product design plays a leading role in product design, and can promote product design to guide use behavior. In the application of subconscious behavior in product design, we should take full account of human body characteristic parameters, user essential needs, user mood and habit scale, and behavior adaptation technology, and so on, and in color, material, etc. Form design is closely related to subconscious behavior, so that the product function has the factors to stimulate subconscious behavior. Through the research of subconscious behavior, it is easy to achieve the basic consistency between the design model and the user model, and people can successfully complete the product operation in the state of natural matching. In this way, it can not only reduce people's trouble of operation but also reduce the possibility of wrong operation, make product design close to life, and create a creative design method.
