【摘要】:針對(duì)吸附材料在太陽(yáng)能吸附式制冷系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,利用稱(chēng)重法在高溫真空環(huán)境下對(duì)水的脫附性能進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,探究不同溫度、壓力對(duì)SAPO-34沸石分子篩脫附性能的影響.結(jié)果表明:溫度對(duì)材料脫附性能的影響要遠(yuǎn)大于壓力的影響,這在吸附式制冷系統(tǒng)中是非常有利的;當(dāng)壓力一定時(shí),材料的脫附完善度隨溫度的升高而增大,且不隨溫度變化均勻分布.溫度過(guò)高會(huì)影響SAPO-34的性能及影響材料的使用壽命;當(dāng)溫度一定時(shí),材料的脫附完善度隨著壓力的降低而增大,其變化隨壓力變化分布得較為均勻.
[Abstract]:In view of the application of adsorption materials in the solar adsorption refrigeration system, the desorption properties of water in high temperature vacuum environment were studied by weighing method, and the effects of different temperatures and pressures on the desorption properties of SAPO-34 zeolite molecular sieve were investigated. The results show that the influence of temperature on the desorption performance of the material is much greater than that of the pressure, which is very advantageous in the adsorption refrigeration system, and when the pressure is constant, the desorption consummation of the material increases with the increase of temperature. And the distribution is not uniform with the change of temperature. The properties of SAPO-34 and the service life of SAPO-34 are affected by high temperature, and when the temperature is fixed, the degree of desorption of SAPO-34 increases with the decrease of pressure, and the variation of desorption perfection increases with the change of pressure.
