【摘要】：目的星上的艦船檢測需要在資源和時(shí)間受限條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)快速檢測,并且對目標(biāo)的種類和尺寸缺少先驗(yàn)信息的指導(dǎo),更多時(shí)候還需要實(shí)現(xiàn)一景圖像中不同尺寸艦船的檢測,因此,星上艦船檢測要求檢測方法具有一定的自適應(yīng)性,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)星上多變的檢測場景。方法針對這一問題,提出了一種多尺度分形維的檢測方法,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)一景遙感圖像中不同尺寸艦船目標(biāo)的檢測。首先,針對差分盒算法受盒子尺寸約束的限制使分形維數(shù)的計(jì)算精度受到影響的問題提出了一種改進(jìn)算法,改進(jìn)算法增加了擬合直線的點(diǎn)對數(shù)目并引入了擬合誤差剔除誤差點(diǎn)對,提高了分形維特征計(jì)算的精確度。結(jié)果在提高了分形維計(jì)算精度的基礎(chǔ)上,新算法利用自然物體在不同尺度上具有的自相似性,通過多尺度分形維的計(jì)算并借鑒視覺顯著性中c-s算子來排除背景對目標(biāo)的干擾,突出艦船目標(biāo)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,新算法能夠有效檢測出一景圖像中不同尺寸的艦船,優(yōu)于雙參數(shù)CFAR算法的檢測結(jié)果。結(jié)論本文提出的多尺度分形維的檢測算法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對一景圖像中不同尺寸艦船目標(biāo)的檢測,在保證一定檢測率的同時(shí)有效降低了目標(biāo)檢測的虛警率。
[Abstract]:The target ship detection needs to realize fast detection under the condition of limited resources and time, and lacks the guidance of prior information on the type and size of the target. More often, it is also necessary to realize the detection of ships of different sizes in a scene image, so, The detection method of ship on board has certain adaptability to realize the changeable detection scene on board. Methods to solve this problem, a multi-scale fractal dimension detection method is proposed, which can be used to detect ship targets of different sizes in a remote sensing image. First of all, an improved algorithm is proposed to solve the problem that the accuracy of fractal dimension is affected by the restriction of box size on the difference box algorithm. The improved algorithm increases the number of point pairs of fitting lines and introduces fitting errors to eliminate error point pairs, which improves the accuracy of fractal dimension feature calculation. Results on the basis of improving the precision of fractal dimension calculation, the new algorithm uses the self-similarity of natural objects on different scales, and eliminates the interference of background to target by calculating multi-scale fractal dimension and using c-s operator in visual salience for reference. Highlight the ship's target. The experimental results show that the new algorithm can effectively detect ships of different sizes in a scene image, which is better than that of the two-parameter CFAR algorithm. Conclusion the multi-scale fractal dimension detection algorithm proposed in this paper can be used to detect ship targets of different sizes in a scene image, which can effectively reduce the false alarm rate of target detection while ensuring a certain detection rate.
